I go through the drive through 3-4 times a week with a mobile order on the way to work at around 6 am. I am always greeted by Rebecca and another staff member. They are so kind. Even when there is a line in the drive through they move quickly. I changed to this Dunkin from the one on grove road (closer to my work) for the better experience.

Convenient location with consistently friendly staff, especially the manager, who always goes above and beyond. That said, wait times can be surprisingly long, even when the drive-thru isn’t busy. I suspect the issue stems from Dunkin’s overly extensive food menu, which seems to complicate operations. The brand would benefit from simplifying their offerings and refocusing on what they do best: coffee and donuts. A streamlined menu could make things easier for employees and...

Let me say that this new manager is absolutely what Dunkin on woodruff rd needed. She greets you through the drive through with the absolute best energy! I had stopped coming here for a while and just had to have a decent Mocha since Starbucks changed theirs, and it was the best decision ever.
