Online order scam!! DD app took my money for an order at this store. And the store said they ran out of donuts. And nobody wants to refund my money. It’s been a week and they are just wasting my time in contacting them. Neither DD nor the store franchise wants to take any responsibility for refund.

I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts at 101 The Pkwy, Greenville, SC 29615, and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two Loaded Queso Hash Browns with no bacon. When I received my order, both had bacon on them. I told the worker that I had asked for no bacon, but both the employee and the supervisor insisted multiple times that I “never said no bacon,” even though I clearly did. even claiming the worker “heard me loud and clear.” I am a vegetarian and cannot eat bacon, so this mistake is a serious issue for me.
They claimed they would remake the order, but instead they simply removed the bacon and put the same hash browns back in a bag. This resulted in almost no cheese left on them and made the food inedible.
When I rolled down my window to request a refund, the male worker opened the drive-thru window and said, “Here we go again,” which was extremely rude and unprofessional—especially with his supervisor standing right beside him and behaving the same way. I was then told they “couldn’t” give me a refund and that I had to contact my bank.
I also tried ordering a donut and was told they were out of all donuts and only had Munchkins, which makes no sense considering it is a Dunkin’ Donuts location.
Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had.

Janette was the most patient and kind person I have ever met. She helped me with my coffee order because I was confused on how I wanted it and made me the best grilled cheese. She was a huge help and so amazing.

Friendly staff. Great customer service, I arrived shortly before closing and the drive thru accomadated me especially it being Halloween, stopped to take treats into work for the night. Thank you!

Employees are VERY RUDE. The cashier was rude to both of the customers before us as well. It’s completely understandable to be out of something but the guy infront of us just asked for a substitute for donut holes to just have donuts and she was yelling at him. The most wild experience for a Dunkin. We will personally NEVER be back.

If I could rate them a zero today, I would rate them a zero!! The absolute unfriendliest service ever, especially from Jeanette!! When I pulled up to the Order area not even a hello good morning good afternoon absolutely nothing instead rudeness. I placed My order on the app as I always do, but I was late picking it up. I stated that at the window that if they could please make sure it was hot because I had placed it several minutes prior, and she, Jeanette quickly Was zero hesitation-jumped out at me and says you placed it more than several minutes prior. It’s been a while!! She was very rude!! I was shocked. I didn’t know what to say. I went to the window and told her she was extremely rude. There was no need for that. I wasn’t blaming the store. I was blaming myself for being late and all I was asking for us to please make sure my coffee was hot that was it. She could care less gave me. My coffee wished me a good day did not acknowledge or apologize. her behavior never seen her there before then again I never go at this time. I usually go in the mornings, and the staff in the mornings is much better. This person should not be working with the public!! Horrible!!

If you have time to kill, feel free to stop by. If you don’t want to wait 30 minutes for food, then keep driving.

Saturday 10/11……ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR DON’T COME HERE! You are never welcomed with a hello when going through the drive thru. Right away you’re told to hold on, talk like they don’t want to be there and you’re wasting their time. Waited 20 minutes to get up to the window and took another 10 minutes to get my 2 donuts and drink. The worker side handed the bag to me and didn’t even look at me or said thank you or have a good day. Drove off and my driver k was wrong and donuts were wrong. To me, Dunkin is stealing money from people by not giving them the items they are ordering. Not to mention the window NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. Looking though the window it looks like the whole place needs to be cleaned. The workers need to be taught customer service and DONUTS IS YOUR JOB! GET IT RIGHT!

This location gets worse and worse everytime I go. Donuts are often old and hard, and service is VERY slow. Workers wear gloves thinking that enables them to touch everything as normal, adjust hair and pull up their pants AND handle food. Disgusting. Ordered iced coffee and caramel macchiato and 2 donuts. Got to the window and the kid asked if I already paid? Then gave a macchiato with no caramel and the wrong donuts—after waiting for 40 minutes. It’s a joke.

A donut store that doesn’t make donuts! Unfortunately the donuts are not made on site per the associate when I ask what time do they make the donuts. Don’t expect hot fresh donuts at this location. I found little options, and paid over $7.00 for four stale donuts! In this case you certainly don’t get what you pay for! Very sad.
Donuts were mid, tbh. Lemon filling had a weird chemical taste.

Whatever blonde girl is working this morning around 11 needs a refresher course in customer service. She didn’t acknowledge my husband and I, had an attitude when taking our order, a nasty look on her face, and when our stuff came out she didn’t call our number she just slammed our drinks on the counter. I totally get it’s a holiday but there’s no reason to be rude to people who are being friendly towards you.
