A donut store that doesn’t make donuts! Unfortunately the donuts are not made on site per the associate when I ask what time do they make the donuts. Don’t expect hot fresh donuts at this location. I found little options, and paid over $7.00 for four stale donuts! In this case you certainly don’t get what you pay for! Very sad.
Donuts were mid, tbh. Lemon filling had a weird chemical taste.

Went in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Asked for half and half and received none. Went to grab some sugar and they were completely out of sugar at the front counter and the counter space was disgusting.

Whatever blonde girl is working this morning around 11 needs a refresher course in customer service. She didn’t acknowledge my husband and I, had an attitude when taking our order, a nasty look on her face, and when our stuff came out she didn’t call our number she just slammed our drinks on the counter. I totally get it’s a holiday but there’s no reason to be rude to people who are being friendly towards you.

O and one of there employees is outside rolling a blunt with his toddler in the front seat this is literally the closest spot to the building.

Food was cold. I believe the woman manager here is under the influence. When I repeated the 4 items I had on my order she asked me 2 more times then looked at me like I was crazy then was asked by another employee. I didn't trust the food they made after this and it went right in the trash. Will not be back and they need to reevaluate their staff.

My family has been coming to this location for donuts for years. The service is highly variable, sometimes great, sometimes terrible. It’s a donut place so I’m not too hung up on having great service. The reason for the poor review is that for over a month now the donuts have been stale. Selling day old donuts (or older) is completely unacceptable in my opinion. Last weekend we got the special Valentine’s Day donuts which is something my family really looks forward too. Several of the donuts were so stale they were completely inedible
I’ve been going to this location for over a year consistently. The service used to be friendly and attentive but recently things changed (meaning in the last 3 weeks). I went inside to get one donut for my son and nobody waited on me. Stood there 15 minutes. Service was incredibly slow and attending to the drive through only. Several people were inside with me waiting for their order and getting upset. I saw donuts on the floor behind the counter, donut boxes just left on the counter and I bolted. I’m really not comfortable eating there any longer. Unless they hire capable people, I’m going to Scooters. They are fast, friendly and care about their customers.
Go elsewhere!!! I'm a huge Dunkin' guy but this place is disgusting. Disgusting bathrooms, food on the floor, dirty everything. Poor customer service. Wont be back here!!!

They get your order right about half of the time. However, it’s not just this location. I suggest going through the drive-through to try your coffee before leaving.
