Just had a fantastic experience at Eastside Bar and Grill, and the star of the show was undoubtedly their Chicken Philly & Seasoned Skinny Fries. From the first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The chicken was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented mushrooms, peppers, onions & the melted cheese that had just the right gooeyness. The portion size was generous, and it definitely hit the spot. If you're looking for a satisfying and tasty meal at Eastside Bar and Grill, I highly recommend giving the Chicken Philly a try. You won't be disappointed!

First time here. From Buffalo so always wanted to come here. Came to eat. The waitress gave us our beers and then we sat there for 25 minutes waiting to be helped. Servers were walking around and never came over. No one ever came to take our food order. Walked up to the bar to pay for our food and said we were never helped and they did not even try to recover. They did not offer anything. We paid and walked out. First and last time here!
I will add that the comment from Eastside is disappointing. Here is really what happened. When my husband went to pay the waitress that did not help us was standing there and quickly said I will take that - meaning the bill. She then said she got distracted, even though it was not busy. Never apologized. My husband said we wanted to eat and are leaving here to go eat dinner since we were not helped. The waitress said nothing and let us leave. There was no confusion about who should help us, and the explanation of what happened when we went to pay for the bill is wrong. What happened was poor customer service and a total lack of accountability.

We love coming to Eastside Bar & Grill on karaoke night. What a blast! And my favorite item on the menu is the Chef Salad! 4 kinds of protein and the salad fills me up! Josh is our favorite wait staff!

Trivia night is so much fun! We had a ball, our waiter, although very busy, did a great job, and the food was really good. Will definitely go back for this event.

We have been going here sporadically for the most part all was good. Stopped by here tonight and was greatly disappointed. Our bartender was very rude. (Not the little lovely older lady who was checking out of her shift when we got there). My fiancé asked if she was doing ok and she replied that she was very tired. I get that, but please do not treat customers according to how tired you are. My club sandwich was great but his steak sandwich was bread with a rubbery piece of fat. When we got our check - after ignoring us for most of the time - she stood there right in front of us as my fiancé counted his cash and calculated the tip - very uncomfortable. We realize after this review, we will probably won’t be back there for fear of retribution, but that is fine with us.
