Me and my wife have been going here for breakfast on sundays for past 4 years. This past sunday we walked in, and all new faces, we could not sit where we usually do, our both was open, the potatoes I had were crunchy, and that was the very first time in 4 years I had undercooked potatoes, i use my birthday coupon , it was impossible to use, the waitress couldn't even figure it out ,, my wife was very disappointed..

Eggs Up Grill downtown is a great brunch spot to be at. The new manager Emma was so welcoming and the team was so friendly. I love the food, and service by Diana was amazing. I can’t wait to be back and enjoy breakfast with my mom again soon!

The manager, Emma, personally introduced herself and went out of her way to ask if there was anything she could do to elevate our experience, which truly set the tone for exceptional service.
