Had a great breakfast at Eggs Up Grill in Greenville, South Carolina. A very cute inviting restaurant. They had a really great breakfast and brunch menu with a few alcoholic options. The service was stellar. Everyone was super helpful and kept asking us if we needed anything. The coffee was absolutely delicious. I had the shrimp and grits omelet which was out of this world. It had shrimp and Swiss cheese with green pepper. Outrageous!! The home fries that came with it were perfectly seasoned. The chocolate chip pancakes were also delicious. Full of chocolate chips!! We also had the shrimp and grits bowl and that was to die for!! I wish I had a second stomach so I could’ve eaten more things. Will definitely go back!

I cannot recommend the shrimp and grits bowl more highly. The shrimp and andouille sausage are top quality and prepared perfectly, especially the shrimp which can be rubbery if overcooked.I like the vibe of the place and the service was excellent without being over the top and bothersome.

The lady seating me had a very pleasant voice but forgot the coffee being too busy. The scramble egg bowl chorizo is best to skip. The chorizo was too much too spicy and too greasy. The grits were less bland than I thought grits could be.

We sat outside and enjoyed the patio which was so peaceful! The eggs Benedict was heavenly, all 3 of us got the same thing! Great sweet tea, great service, kind staff. 10/10!

Great outdoor seating area!Special shout out to Christina for noticing a minor flaw in my order and personally going above and beyond. This location is the most disappointing of the ones in the Greenville area. Food is adequate. I appreciate that they offer gluten free pancakes. They taste pretty good. The eggs and bacon weren't great. The coffee isn't great but don't bother with the specialty coffees-- it's from a machine like you'd see at a cheap hotel breakfast. Service is friendly enough. Kitchen seems to get overwhelmed easily. I'd drive past this one to a different Eggs Up Grill before going back. Or better yet, drive somewhere else all together (first watch, another broken egg, biscuit head, ...)
