BBQ Chicken Pasta Spring Salad with RanchThis was an amazing salad. Absolutely everything worked. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the greens fresh and so much better than iceberg lettuce. The chicken was perfectly done and not dry at all. I loved the heat of the bbq sauce and how the ranch cooled and complimented the flavor. One of the best acai bowls I've ever had. The acai puree itself was not overly frozen like a lot of other places nor was it harsh; it was very well balanced and pleasing to eat. Great topping options as well. The owner / staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
I’ve watched this business start from the very beginning. Bailee has definitely done a fabulous job especially with being a young first time business owner. She is very up front and honest if a mistake is ever made and fast to fix it! The smoothies are also to-die-for! Yay go Eighty-Twenty!
