I have ordered here several times now and they all get something wrong. Once I called just to order 3 tacos, when I got to the restaurant they told me they had 3 boxes of tacos ready. I told the person at the front that I had only ordered three tacos and that they could change the order. I was told not to. I insist several times if I could change. In the end they didn't want to. Today (9/27/23) I placed a takeout order, ordering two chicken lunches with slices, two baleadas with everything, and I wanted three bean pupusas. I explained to the woman who answered my call what happened last time and she laughed even more. He told me that an order of pupusas was 3 units. I told him that's what I wanted. He repeated the order to me and everything sounded good. When I arrived at the restaurant another woman repeated the order she had written and said that I had ordered 3 orders of baleadas. I stared at the woman who called me and she wanted to laugh. In the end they changed the shooting thing and I left. When I get home I see that in the order pupusas they had said that the order comes with 3. THEY ONLY GAVE ME 2. These have not been the first times that they have been wrong. Sometimes I feel like they do it on purpose... Even my other relatives say that they make mistakes in their orders and they charge them extra every time they go... How terrible that we want to enjoy our cuisine from our country and they decide to give it a try lousy service. I never do reviews but this time I took the time to do it because they seem super irresponsible to me.
