Elvino's Pasta and NY-Style Pizza

I ordered a calzone (large), and it was huge and very tasty 😋. My only complaint is I ordered a creme brulee cheesecake that ended up being just a regular plain cheesecake. I'll just get the chocolate cake next time.

I have only ever done takeout, so I cannot attest to their customer service when dining in, but tonight I went in and got in line to pick up my order. I waited 20 minutes before even being acknowledged, and by that point someone else had already come in and cut in line Without anyone saying anything. When you try to get the attention of staff, they are obviously doing other jobs and cannot stop to help. By the time I finally got service, and left with my pizza, it was lukewarm at best. Their pizza is delicious Though, so I will keep coming back. I just wish their online and other takeout orders had a better system.

I will say again, they have the best pizza around. Will keep going!

This review is based entirely on the service because the food was excellent. We get there around 6 on Wednesday only a few other tables full. Our waitress got our order all was good. Brought our food to us and that was the last we seen of her. We were even by the door going into the kitchen so she saw us and our empty glasses every time she went into the kitchen or behind the bar. We sat there after we finished eating waiting on acknowledgement or the check. Finally the other waitress on duty came and got us our check. I will say this the people drinking beer or wine didn't wait or go without. Good food will only go so far. Poor service will stick in your memory longer. Thank you.

I cannot imagine anybody liking ELVINO'S PASTA AND N,Y.STYLE PIZZA.I come from N.Y and I know good pizza.And ELVINO'S PASTA DISHES ARE DELICIOUS!

I don't know what people are talking about,ELVINO'S IS NEW YOK STYLE PIZZA.I come from New York and I think it is delicious!Their pasta dishes are also delicious.I TRAVEL from North Carolin for great food,AND THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

None of these pizzas were anything near NY style pizza 😞 I am very disappointed with these, I will not be ordering from here again. Two of the pizzas were completely burnt on the crusts and bottom of the pizzas. If I could, I'd give no stars.

Worst service I've experienced in the county... and the worst pizza ever had. Skimpy on toppings and Skimpy on cheese.... when I voiced my opinion to try and help the restaurant the weird guy in blue glasses said thanx and never come back .... rates below a zero

Very friendly staff and delish food. We had a large pepperoni pizza, a small salad, wings, garlic bread and mini cannolis...all for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend. We will be back.

2nd visit. Had lunch, worst eggplant parmesan ever. Old, soggy and, should had never been served to a customer. Owner/Manager needs to attend to quality control. Pizza is good, but will not return.

We ordered our food to go and got home and had some of the wrong food. It's definitely cheaper then most but the flavor not so great. The pizza was ok but the meatball sub was not good we couldn't even eat it.

One of the hidden gems near Furman Uni. The best NY style pizza in the area and so affordable! Also just lovely humans. Always gracious and smiling. I will choose Elvino's over several closer to me for the total experience
