I've eaten in-restaurant here since the ownership change and the food was just ok. Higher priced than it should be based on quality and portion size but good in a pinch. Today, I tried to call in a burger and fries because I had limited time for lunch. They asked what my method of payment would be and informed me it would be less if paid in cash, so I opted for that. They then let me know they would not start preparing the order until after I paid so I'd have to wait approximately 15 minutes after I got to the restaurant and paid in cash.
That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead so I just cancelled. Seems like a bad business practice if you are a deli and taking to-go orders. I could understand if they required prepayment for orders over a certain dollar threshold or at a minimum, they could make the card and cash price the same in this circumstance. But this was a one burger order, I was pressed for time and charging more for card purchases is a ripoff.

The street corn and Birria fries are so good! Was definitely too much food for one but I wanted to try both! I’ll be going back tomorrow for lunch to try one of their specials which is an Alfredo roll! Sounds soooo good😩

My first visit and was not what I expected hearing from others. The price vs product seams a bit high. The Italian sub was ok as well as the chips. Just nothing I would come back for at the price. They seam to have a large offering of items and sure they will attract a new following of loyal customers. I did not realize the menu price is for cash only until I saw the receipt. First time I have seen this at a restaurant. I wish you well.

I got the sloppy birria sandwich. Delicious with the broth to dip in. The fry sauce was a bit strong with dill, which was also noted by ladies sitting nearby. Better service than the previous owners who were overly protective of the process

Such an amazing experience today from outstanding service to incredible food. 3 of us went and everyone was blown away by each entree. Cheese steak 10, smash burger 10, chicken salad sandwich 10. We will return on a regular basis.

Had the chicken salad sandwich, and I know it's a very simply thing but this absolutely was the best sandwhich I've had in ages! Good curly fries and love the combination of two restaurants in one stop. I will be returning!

I have not eaten here however I have picked up several door dash orders from here and the staff here are not real friendly! Makes me NOT want to come eat here for myself. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!

Best Philly and sweet potato fries around. The staff is so friendly. If your near the mall you should definitely make a stop in and eat.

Empire Deli under it's previous management was my favorite restaurant in the entirety of Greenville, so the new owners had some pretty big shoes to fill.
Everything was good! Fresh, quality was on point, and the price was reasonable. But still, a little bit of that Empire Deli magic was missing. Still one of the best options in town for a cheesesteak or chopped cheese.

Used to come here all the time under the previous management but was nervous that it wouldn't live up to what we were used to and loved from empire deli but after trying for the first time since new management....its still as great as before and we will be back just as much as we used to come before. So good!!!
