I have not eaten here however I have picked up several door dash orders from here and the staff here are not real friendly! Makes me NOT want to come eat here for myself. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!

Best Philly and sweet potato fries around. The staff is so friendly. If your near the mall you should definitely make a stop in and eat.

Empire Deli under it's previous management was my favorite restaurant in the entirety of Greenville, so the new owners had some pretty big shoes to fill.
Everything was good! Fresh, quality was on point, and the price was reasonable. But still, a little bit of that Empire Deli magic was missing. Still one of the best options in town for a cheesesteak or chopped cheese.

Used to come here all the time under the previous management but was nervous that it wouldn't live up to what we were used to and loved from empire deli but after trying for the first time since new management....its still as great as before and we will be back just as much as we used to come before. So good!!!

I was a bit taken back by the prices. I paid $20 for a 6ft spicy chicken cheesesteak, a chocolate chip cookie and a diet coke.
The sandwich was good and so was the cookie. Order came out super fast. Folks were nice

The buffalo chicken Philly cheese sandwich was the best we’ve ever had! George and his staff have been amazing during Helene, even opening on Sunday! Thank you, Empire Deli! Oh, and thanks for baking those homemade chocolate cookies! None like them anywhere!
