I had the worst customer service experience at this place today! I’ve been told the food was good! It was ok! It was what happened,when I ask one of the employees for a spoon because they only give you a plastic fork. He immediately walked away and I said, Sir, to get his attention because I needed some more napkins. The employee responded, “WHAT ?” I was so appalled, I said, what?? I was so confused that he would respond
Ended to me like that! His response was not only unprofessional , rude and but unacceptable. This was my and the friend with me first going there!! This place get 0 stars from me!!!
Definitely get a bang for your buck. Not a large meat selection but they focus on their strengths unlike other Buffets that out food out just to say they have food out. The Pork chops, chicken,Mac and cheese, candied yams, and banana pudding are my favorites and all for a great price
