Food is great. Would give 5 stars but I've ordered over the phone several times now and asked for no cheese due to a dairy allergy. Unfortunately all 3 times they put cheese on anyway. I'm sure it's an accident but I usually don't have time during lunch break to ask for them to remake it. So attention to detail is definitely lacking. Aside from that, definitely the best subs around.

Big fan of the pulled pork sandwich they are offering right now, but have had other sandwiches from Firehouse subs, and all have been good. Service seemed a bit slow for this visit, but aside from that, food was all good, and love the firehouse theme in these restaurants. Will continue to be a customer of this chain.

Work close. First time told a half hour wait I took it as a glitch. 10 people working and told 45 minutes to make a sub tells me that my 3 times a week visits must be taxing thier staff too much.
