I am always satisfied with the menu. My favorite sub is the Engineer.

The food was poorly represented, soggy. Ordered onions on it, had enough for 3 subs. Was very disappointed. I love Fire House, but will not be returning to that one!!!

Cajun chicken sub is super good. I just wanted to update my review I do like the way you have to order your food inside firehouse you now have to use a Touch screen to order yourself You may as well make the sandwich too ?

I've become a regular at this firehouse just because they are so fast and do such a good job, I can grab a hot fresh sandwhich omw to work in under 3 minutes. I really appreciate all the team members at this store that remember me by name, ask me about my day, and make a great sandwhich. Yalls attitudes and customer service skills are the real reason I come here 2-3 times a week.

Order Uber eats they do not seal their food. Called last week the manager on duty advised me the Uber driver probably messed in my food because it wasn’t sealed today I learned when you order one sub it doesn’t come sealed bite into my sub their is a blonde long curly hair in my food. Will never eat here again! That’s disgusting if I could zero stars I would

I had my order delivered via Uber Eats and both of my sandwiches were missing the pickles, so because of that I'm afraid to eat them. I've reached out to Uber Eats concerning this matter also. Wish there was a better way to insure food isn't tampered with when it's being delivered.

Sandwiches were ok, getting expensive now - with a drink and chips = $15.00 - wow.
