The employee is not friendly and professional, especially the hosts at the front desk. I was here with a baby. I put in a high chair option when I checked in online. But when it comes to my time to be seated, they told me the place they left for me does not fit a baby. I have to wait for longer time. Then the forgot about us and let other people inside. I have to constant remind every hosts when they come out and tell them that I have not been seated.
I hope the company can train your employee better. In general, I’m not happy with this place and will likely not come here again.

Please stop doing Uber eats if you can’t properly take care of the service!! It took over an hour for our order to be prepared, so the poor uber eats driver sat at the restaurant for almost an hour wasting their time when they could have been picking up and delivering other orders!! Then after all that time when we finally received our order it was absolutely incorrect with most items missing and absolutely cold too. Extremely disappointed with First Watch!! Please don’t send me an email with a gift card or anything like that cause we definitely don’t want to be disappointed with First watch quality of food and service again!! Absolutely terrible experience!! Don’t ever order anything from First watch in any delivery format!!

Our waitress, Melissa was absolutely the best! She was kind, attentive, and posses excellent service in the restaurant industry. Everything from the start to the end made our experience at First Watch pleasant.
Tried the Honey Chipotle Hash, Million Dollar Bacon, and the Honey Caramel Crunch Coffee from the seasonal menu—everything was delicious! The bacon especially is a must-try. Portions were generous, service was amazing, and Hannah took excellent care of us. We’ll definitely be coming back!
