During a recent visit to see my daughter, we decided to stop by First Watch for breakfast, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed!

Now, let’s get to the highlight—**the pancakes**. OMG! They were simply the best pancakes in the world! Pancakes will make or break a place for me, and this place hands down has pancakes that could be eaten without the syrup to enjoy the flavor. It's like eating a piece of cake?

The food here is AMAZING! I ordered Eggs Benedict BLT style. The avocado in there is ripe to perfect. I changed my side salad to Million Dollor Potatoes, it comes with honey smoked bacon on top, which is super yummy.
Another thing I ordered is a side of chicken sausage patties, it was fresh, perfectly savory, and cooked to a perfect texture.
I'd definitely come back when I’m in town.

ps: we came as a party of 7 on Saturday morning rush...

Despite First Watch being a chain, I feel that each location does have its own hometown flavor. I enjoyed the Greenville location, and it wasn’t busy on Sunday morning—we were seated immediately when we got there around 9am.

I love trying the seasonal specials—this was the summer special strawberry tres leches French toast. Lovely in every way and large enough to share! Great value!
