Waited 17 mins for a large fry and a milkshake. They got my order wrong and I watched them mess up 2 other orders. Food was good once I got it ( the staff was very friendly).

I have celiac and five guys has surprisingly always been a safe zone for me to eat. Each location I’ve been to has taken my allergy seriously and I’ve never felt sick afterwards. The service at this location has gone downhill recently and I had to insist multiple times for an annoyed employee to mark my food as an allergy and to take it seriously. I’ll be driving to cherrydale to get food from now on.

Excellent service compared to all other fast food restaurants in 1 mile radius that advertise close at 10pm and had already shut down at 9:30pm. Thankful for Five Guys !!

I ordered a mobile order and forgot to order drinks so when I arrived I went to the counter and asked for two drinks, the girl working (didn’t get her name sorry!!) gave me two on her, which was so kind and so I just had to leave a good review

Down loaded the app and created a user profile thinking that would give the most accurate experience. Placed the order and it said 8 to 13 minutes. When ahead and jumped in the car because it takes that long to get there. Stood at the pick up line forever, more than 30 minutes. Many people came and went, I stood there. Finally I said "can you check on this order" and showed the receipt on the app. After digging through many bags they found the order and added fries. It had been sitting there the entire time I was standing in line. Probably took an hour total. The inside of the place was wreaked. There was a child in front of me that threw up. The mother got napkins to clean it up as best she could but no employee acknowledged it or offered proper disinfectants to clean it. Not going back.

I have already submitted a report to corporate, but I am very concerned with some of the behaviors I witnessed during my last visit to this location. Normally my experience has been great and every employee has been so kind and amazing. Tonight, I witnessed what seemed to be one of the managers yelling at and berating the employees behind the counter in front of myself and the many other guests in the store. This caused myself and others to become incredibly uncomfortable. I cannot fathom how terribly these employees are being treated by this manager. It is absolutely disgraceful to the company. I will not be returning.
