Typical 5 guys restaurant. Burger was ok but not great. Wasn't bad and staff did a good job but food wasn't as good as what I have gotten at other 5 guys. Overall I would give it a 3.5 rating.

Burger are delicious and customizable. The fries are the best in town but the prices have increased like everywhere else so not the deal that it used to be.

As a business owner myself, I strive to refrain from posting negative reviews, but this particular situation warrants attention. My 12-year-old daughter and I visited this location due to its proximity to our residence. Upon entering, the young lady at the counter was engaged on her phone and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. We placed our order, and I requested an additional bun, offering to pay for it if necessary. The response was that their policy prohibits providing extra buns. I inquired about the policy's implementation, having been a regular customer for at least seven years, ordering the same meal. The employee replied that this policy was effective immediately. I requested to speak with the manager, and the employee turned to a grill staff member, stating that I was requesting an extra bun, which they could not provide. The staff member looked me up and down, smirked, and confirmed that they could not accommodate my request. I expressed my surprise, stating that a $40 meal for two hamburgers and i couldn’t get an extra bun. We subsequently left and visited a different Five Guys location on Haywood Road, where I shared my experience with the manager. They confirmed that it was unprecedented for a customer to be denied an extra bun. I perceived the initial incident as racially motivated, feeling that we were not treated as valued customers. The employee's choice of words, referring to us as 'them people,' further solidified this perception. Consequently, I will not return to that location with my family again.

Food is great. Other than the fact this is the third time I have gone to the one on Pelham rd and told them my order, get home and my burgers have different condiments than what I ordered. How hard is to put condiments on a burger? Your guys weren’t busy at all. All you have to do is read the ticket and put the stuff on the burger how do you mess that up three times in a row I just don’t get it it’s not that hard.
