What happened to this place?
This used to be one of my absolute favorites. It had everything—authentic, flavorful food, a thoughtful wine list, and consistently good service. Over the past year, we’ve returned several times, each visit chipping away at the experience we once loved. Sadly, this last visit sealed the fate I’d been hoping to avoid.

We’ve now reached the level of frozen cheese sticks, and the once-impressive wine list has been reduced to near nothing. How does an Italian restaurant not have a single Chianti? The service was just okay. In the past, we’ve waited over an hour for any attention in a half-empty dining room, but we kept giving it one more chance, holding out hope.

At this point, it’s a C-grade restaurant—maybe a decent C—but what hurts the most is how far it’s fallen. I hope one day it finds its footing again. Until then, we’ll be watching and waiting, hoping for a return to the excellence it once knew.

Really good food. Excellent service.

Delightful food. Nice portions. Very tired atmosphere but who cares!

I ordered Wings, Zucchini strips with Marinara and Lemoncello dessert.
Unfortunately they were out of wings.
The Zucchini strips were so yummy though!!
I will order again and hope they have wings next time.

The lasagna was awesome. I can't wait to try other entrees. My wife got chicken, sausage and shrimp over linguini in a creamy marinara sauce it was amazing as well. They seemed a little short staffed when we went but the cooks definitely showed up.

My wife and I just sat at the bar for about 10 minutes. There were probably 3 other guests sitting at the bar, so it wasn't busy. A female i assume was the bartender walked right past us twice, flirted with the girl directly to my right for a few minutes, never spoke a word to us. Since both my wife and I also bartend, we know the difference between busy and bad service. Never even ordered a drink. Never will. We just left.

They have roaches big one i was eating and one ran a cross my plate I was in shock and asked for my money back and they said no

Food is always excellent. Service is always top notch too.

The food was wonderful!
The service-not so much.
The waitress spilled a tray of water on the table, clearly did not know anything about the menu, and was almost rude when asked about one of the dishes. The food took quite a while to get there. We had to ask for more water each time. When we were ready to go, our waitress was missing. She was sitting at the bar on her phone. She charged us for the wrong amount and just laughed and looked at us. We had asked her to void the transaction which took a bit of time because the manager had to come rectify the situation.

I can't speak a lot on the atmosphere as I almost exclusively only do take out from here. However, the food is so danged good! I grew up in upstate New York (not the city) and this place reminds me of home so much it's not even funny.

Their portion sizes are absolutely perfect. If you order a chicken parmigiana, side of pasta with alfredo sauce, you easily get two portions, if not three. And it's SOOO good!

Just got a pizza from there, eggplant, prosciutto, mushroom, and basil, and it tasted almost exactly like the one I used to make myself when I managed a pizzeria. Thoroughly happy!

Disappointing. Came with 3 adults 2 kids. Ordered a Meat Extravaganza Pizza, 2 Lasagna, 1 Chicken Piccatta, Kid's Spaghetti. The Piccatta was bland, almost none of the citrus punch that's supposed to be the signature of the dish. The two lasagna both came out cold in the middle. Sent them back for round two, both cold in the middle again. I'd guess around 80 degrees in the middle. It's definitely prepared in advance and reheated from refrigerated. Round 3 finally came hot in the middle. Pizza was OK, nothing memorable but nothing wrong.

Our server was polite and impressively knowledgeable for her 2nd day on the job. What I assume was the supervisor didn't seem to care. Supervisor spent a solid hour hanging around at the drink station talking with other staff, very obviously not about anything work related. See attached picture.

The atmosphere is fine, again, nothing really memorable outside the 50s music that didn't really make sense for the restaurant theme.

Kid-friendliness: Kid's spaghetti portion was very generous.

I decided to treat myself to a nice dinner after a long shift at work ...
Never again.
I sat here well over an hour , after many have come and gone.
I ordered pasta and meatballs.
Basic Pasta and meatballs...

An hour later the meatballs show up ...still waiting on the pasta
...
An hour and ten minutes later I am handed a aluminum rectangler container with the pasta dish.
I guess they wanted me gone or the universe was telling me to not come here again. Either way... I don't think anyone cared.
Geeezzz Louise...
I spent over $40 dollars to eat my dinner here out of a disposable aluminum container...
Heck if I wanted to do that I could have gone home and slipped into my cozy pj's and ordered GrubHub.

Pretty sure I would have gotten it faster that way ...

Be warned- if your on a time limit...or actually hungry...

The food was great tho ...

Just not worth the wait and weird and indifferent service.

Waited for over an hour to find out that they hadn’t even started our order. The said they were busy but the people sat after us had eaten and left. And our waitress was an idiot. We walked out.
