The food was wonderful!
The service-not so much.
The waitress spilled a tray of water on the table, clearly did not know anything about the menu, and was almost rude when asked about one of the dishes. The food took quite a while to get there. We had to ask for more water each time. When we were ready to go, our waitress was missing. She was sitting at the bar on her phone. She charged us for the wrong amount and just laughed and looked at us. We had asked her...

I can't speak a lot on the atmosphere as I almost exclusively only do take out from here. However, the food is so danged good! I grew up in upstate New York (not the city) and this place reminds me of home so much it's not even funny.

Their portion sizes are absolutely perfect. If you order a chicken parmigiana, side of pasta with alfredo sauce, you easily get two portions, if not three. And it's SOOO good!

I haven’t ever dined in, but have gotten pizza before. Pizza is really good. Their service was mediocre at best. I had penne Vodka and it was just ok. There was not the slightest spice in it. Rolls were delicious when they were fresh.
