Phenomenal food and service. Fred with Fresh Salads was very accommodating for my office catering order. Food arrived on time. The salads and wraps were so fresh and tasty. I received so many compliments about the quality of the food. The ingredients mixed together in each dish so well. Dressings tasted homemade. Best catering I have experienced in three years. Great concept, great ownership, food and service. Will definitely be the first choice for catering and for me personally.

The name Fresh lives up to the expectation! Possibly one of the best Salads I've ever had. The service was fast and courteous. The Salads were crunchy. The chicken to salad ratio was the perfect balance along with their home made sauce.

Wow. I was blown away by how delicious the food was. Exceeded my expectations. I was trying to grab something quick for lunch and got a chicken Caesar salad wrap. I wasn't expecting much considering it was just a wrap but it had incredible flavor and texture. And it was lunch for around $10 with a bag of chips and an iced tea. I would definitely recommend this place for the quality of the food as well as the price.

Delicious and fresh. I had the Asian Crunch and it was crunchy with just the right amount of tangy dressing. My husband got the Cobb and it was great too. I love how the salads are served in metal containers so they are easy to mix and also stay cold. I appreciate being able to add a protein, instead of paying for something I wouldn’t normally eat. Really reasonable prices, especially considering it’s downtown. My new favorite. I wish we had one of these in Raleigh.
