On 7/21/24 @ 6pm I spoke with frodos asking if they sealed the box for a delivery order. the guy said they did not. I politely gave the feedback they should & addressed my concern of how i received the pizza. the worker became passive aggressively combative & said after covid it was no longer a requirement. I advised him other businesses still do practice sealing orders & it would be good to implement, as it would prevent tampering & customer concerns. He then responded, "most ppl pick up their own pizza". horrible customer service & business practice. my pizza was shifted and the pieces were pulled apart as if it was tampered with. sealing the box would prevent that. also workers need to have better customer service when a customer is addressing their concerns. As a frequent customer for years I'm highly disappointed with the customer service I received & will seek business else where moving forward

Frodo's is a great place for lunch. My kids and I love it. The Pizza buffet is perfect and I also love the salad bar. Highly recommend. It's been here forever and will be here for many years to come I'm sure.

The lunch buffet at Frodo's is crazy good ... the dining room has a very rustic and eclectic theme...they also have a few arcade games for children and young people
