Went Fusion 8/23/25 the food is great but the service sucked the hostess/bartender was horrible very rude & nasty. When we arrived we was not greeted at all, in fact the bartender/ hostess seem irritated that we was even there, and at first I took it personally but when another big party walked in she treated them the same way, there was no manager there to speak with, she said they left her in charge, (very BAD decision) I hope if I decide go back to this restaurant, that...

I have been going to Fusion Sushi for many years. The quality has remained constant over that time, which is commendable and keeps me going back. This restaurant will be available without wait during the week, but expect a medium to long wait on Friday and Saturday night.

My wife and I are vegan. The server was able to prepare our food on a separate grill in the back kitchen. And our hibachi tofu and white rice with vegetables was delicious. Thank you
