I was fortunate to have found Shoeless back in 2015 when my kid was doing karate next door. Although I live in Piedmont, Shoeless is and always will be my local (which as a British person is important). I bought my first brew kit here, celebrated a friend’s divorce here, have made wine here, and I can’t even tell you how many evenings and lunchtimes have been here. It’s welcoming, comfortable, and the owners and staff are very knowledgeable. It’s dog-friendly, and my kids have grown up here (don’t get me wrong, you’re not going to fight kids here). Brew-wise, I have tried a lot of breweries in the area over the years, and Shoeless remains my favourite. The selection is great, and although my partner and I have very different tastes, we’re both always happy. It’s just a good and welcoming place to be.
Amazingly good beer made and served by awesome people!
Loved spending time at the brewery and getting set up with everything to start home brewing. They had some of the best beers on tap that I’ve had in a long time. Especially Tropic like it’s hot IPA. Thank you for a great time and good conversation on our trip to Greenville.
Passionate manager who could talk about craft beer for hours, kind, warm and of course with great beers and a great selection of equipment and ingredients for home brewers. In short, a little authentic nugget for an amateur brewer like me :)
What an amazing find! Great, amazing beers with even better people. We will definitely find our way back ??
The main brewer who’s been at this place/previously owned it is a master. His beers are consistently great and the new owners only make this place better. If we lived closer, this would be my go to. So hospitable and knowledgeable. A hidden gem that you won’t regret going to.
Thank you for ordering a 50 pound bag of rice hulls for me! No, I am not making beer. It was for my duck pen. They work great for chicken coops too!
I also got a big fresh beer from the tap sealed in a tall can.
I will be back!
What a great place! FRIENDLY!!! If you are not up on your variety beers, they will educate you (gently). Stop by, you won't regret it!
If you're going to stop one place in Greenville and have a beer, this is it! They have an amazing variety of beers, ciders, and seltzers on tap for any and every pallet. They also serve as a one stop shop for brewing equipment.
G&G are unique in that they're probably the smallest brewery in the county but are the *premiere* spot for every one of your home brewing needs. You just don't go anywhere else. What Ken & Co have created here is so special. And Rebecca is such a delight to chat with. But it doesn't just stop with home brewing: When I was at Rail Line Brewing, late 2017 into 2018, any time we hit a shortage of a specific wholesale hop, grain, or yeast strain, Ken almost always had it in stock. This is just straight up the best place to find *almost anything* you need for brewing. I mean I was in there today and Ken was sampling out wines they could make for a wedding in a couple months! This is as local as you can get, folks. Go support your local brewery (and yourself!) and grab a pint at Shoeless while you build your own recipe for your beer to make at home.

This was such an extraordinary find. I love everything about this place - the beer, the team, the vibe, the general warmth. Check it out!
Love this place. Great beer, bartenders, & owners. Such a cool place. Definitely stop by!
Some of the best brews I've had in a LONG while! The smallest brewery in Greenville boasts a wide variety with plenty of cozy and unique stouts, an IPA I wouldn't kick out of bed, and enough on the lighter end to please just about everyone (even those who like it hot ?).
They know their stuff, love helping you find what you like (and love), and offer brewing and wine-making classes. What a wonderful spot. So glad they are here! ?
I can’t give this place enough stars! The beer is all fantastic, and the owner is very nice and friendly.
This brewery is a must stop for anyone who loves craft beers. My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way to Clemson for a graduation. All the beers we had in our flights were excellent! The flavors matched the description on all the beers we tried, which is a sign of brewers who knows what they're doing. Shayna and Lilly were friendly and offered details on the beers we tried. The beer was so good we left with bottles to drink on the rest of our trip. We will definitely stop again the next time we are in the area.
