Gray Moon Breakfast and Brunch

Okay food and atmosphere.. waited 30+ mins for my food then for it to come out lukewarm at best was very upsetting. Tea needed a little extra sugar. Tall waiter with braces wasn’t very attentive. He brought our drinks and food out and we didn’t see him for the rest of the meal another employee (I’m guessing a manager) came over and checked on us to see if we needed anything and he told our waiter to bring the bill. Definitely need more attentive waiters. Service quality was horrible

I usually wouldn’t take my mom to any black own restaurants in the area, but I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did. The service and food were excellent. My mom is still talking about how great the atmosphere is there. Highly Recommended

This might have been the worst chicken and waffle I ever experienced in my life the chicken wings taste like they came from a baby shower and was covered in powdered sugar I don’t know what the waffle is it looked half way done so I didn’t even eat it this was a horrible experience and never will I go back to try anything else!! This was certainly a waste of my money

Wow, what an experience! Probably the best and most attentive service I have received in a long time and maybe ever. The host greeted you immediately and in a courteous manner. Multiple people served us to ensure that our drinks were always full and that we were being paid attention to. Not too much like hovering over us, but just enough. Our waitress Ty was superb!

As for the food, it is made from scratch and you can tell. It’s not premade and of low quality. Excellent quality! I only wish I could go back more often, but I live out of town. Next time hopefully soon!

What a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this establishment. Had to wait 5 minutes for a spoon to be able to stir my coffee. Then another 10 minutes for plates for the appetizer we ordered. After 10 minutes of waiting we got up and left. Expressed our concerns to what appeared to be the manager and not a care in the world. Will not be back. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to eat.

Since we’ve been here before we thought the food would be just as good as the last…..WRONG!!! We came in, there was no wait, sat us right away, only to wait 15-20 minutes just to get our drink order. We sat there over an hour waiting on our food only for the server to come out and say, “I’m sorry, they just told me the kitchen is behind.” Food finally comes out, sides were delicious, the chicken wasn’t done!! That’s why they should leave turkey wings on the menu!!!!
Service was horrible!

We were so excited to go here for brunch and noone even acknowledged us. After sitting for over 30 minutes, we left. Still no acknowledgement as we walked out. This is sad.

The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. While the staff was friendly, the service was inconsistent—some of us received drink refills promptly, while others had to ask multiple times. Our meals took a long time to arrive, and when they did, they came out at different times, leaving part of our group waiting. Despite reminding our server twice, my grandson never received his side of bacon. Eventually, the waitress disappeared altogether, so we went to the front counter to request our bill. We paid $80 for subpar service and ended up leaving most of our food behind since we couldn’t get any to-go containers. As we walked out, someone handed us the missing bacon in a to-go cup—too little, too late.

Food has interesting options and was decent. The bacon in the to go cup was probably the best item we received.

The establishment has been in operation for multiple years, so there isn't an excuse for such poor service other than poor management.

I was very impressed by the food as well as service. They made you feel welcomed and wanted. The food was 5 Star ⭐✨. I recommend you try the fried deviled eggs, OMG

The food is great! I would probably order to go next time bc the service and automatic gratuity is a disaster… My nose may be too too sensitive bc there was an overwhelming gas / propane smell. The music is nice if you’re not sitting close to the speaker it would be better overhead.
