I've traveled far and wide on a search to find the GREATEST American Cookie. Ladies and gentlemen, not only were these the best, greatest, most fantastic cookies, but the staff... oooooooh THE STAFF!!!! Serving each cookie with a smile and a side of kindness and accommodation, I left a fulfilled human being. Thanks for the free parking!
Most amazing Great American Cookies I have ever been to. Wonderful staff and plenty of accommodations on cakes, they have free parking too!

My friend got me hooked on this place for their double doozie cookies. I like them with fudge icing in the middle instead of vanilla icing. It's a great treat when I'm craving something sweet and a nice ending to a walk through downtown. Despite all the other boutique cookie stores popping up, I still come back to this one. They are located inside Marble Slab so there is ice cream as well if that's your preference or you can mix and match.

I love their cookies but it's very hard to find a store that has the cookies that I like.

I didn't get much help out of the website all they had to Order from was birthday and summer/patriotic cakes so I called looking for a football cake. Lady told me they have one that was red and blue end zones with a football in the middle I said that is perfect I need red and blue for our team. I asked for red and blue end zone will Bills on one end and mafia on the other end. She asked did I want the white and brown writing and I asked in stead of brown just do blue and red. I pick up the cake 2 hours before my banquet after driving 45 mins to get this cake and getting lost cause they are inside of marble slabs (would have nice for the lady to say that seeing this place is in the middle of downtown Greenville) I open the cake and it's completely white and brown NO RED AND BLUE at all ?. There was only one worker inside and he didn't really know how to handle it and asked if I knew who the decorator was I said no sir I don't but clearly there is nothing that can be done and now I'm an hour away from my banquet so I had no choice but to take the cake. Don't get me wrong it was nicely decorated but it wasn't what I wanted. Very unhappy with it and hope next time I can get what I was told they had which was a football field with blue and red end zones.
Yummy ice cream 💜💜💙💙 milkshakes are the best
The lead baker here is incredible!! I’ve given her some pretty ridiculous requests, and she’s comes through each time!! Love it so much.

Each year I receive a coupon in my email near the birthday of my children for a free slice of cookie cake with purchase of a soda. They look forward to this each year. I got the emails this year. We went last week and were told the coupon had to be printed out. It does state in small print that it must be printed, so I didn’t complain. I bought my son a cookie cake and we left. I printed the coupons, one for each kid, and we went back to the mall today just to get the cookie cake. We were told that those coupons couldn’t be honored because “they didn’t know where they come from”. I explained that we’ve gotten these emails for years. There is a bar code AND a coupon code on the printed email. I was told they don’t have any way to scan it. It was very strange and I had two disappointed children. I was told they only accept a reward program where they can put in my phone number. I just went to the company website and clicked on “sign up” and there is no place to sign up for anything that require a phone number. This is very poor business and communication within the company.
