Great bread, but good luck ever finding the bread you want here. Twice I’ve arrived and after 11am, it’s not ready. Waste of a 20 minute trip each way only to find out they didn’t bake at “4am.” They need a better system.
I’ve loved Great Harvest for many years! This location is still beautiful and smells lovely but please note that they no longer mill their own flour. The website says that flour is produced in house fresh daily.
This is important for me as I am highly sensitive to older/aging flour. The store no longer provides information on where they source their flour or ingredients. While they still may make tasty products, if you’re going here for the ingredient quality, unfortunately it appears this is no longer a home milled company.

Delicious, fresh bread. They have a great selection of scones, flavored butters and soup mixes.
Parking: Plenty of nearby parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double glass doors would be ok to get in with a wheelchair. No auto open doors.

After trying their food at the gvl farmers market, I was excited to get food from the actual bakery. I have now been up there 5-6 times trying to get some croissants. Either they're not baked yet or they're sold out. It is not easy to get into this shopping center and is kind of a pain. To go through all that and walk out empty handed 5-6 times is insanely annoying. The croissants are very good, but they don't bake them before opening and clearly don't bake enough to keep up with demand. I may try one more time, but I'm close to giving up and waiting for the farmers market to open back up in the spring.

Both my wife Shannon and I have seen a major transformation at this location. A significant commitment to quality and customer service. The team is great, friendly, and the products are top notch. The Cruffins, cinnamon rolls, fresh breads are a staple in our home now. Keep up the great work.

I believe they used wheat flour for a cinnamon roll, which the graininess of wheat flour competes with what the gooeyness of a cinnamon roll should be like. Not impressed, just throwing my honest feedback.

No freshly made bread on Saturday...if you are a bakery and open, don't sell day old bread. Definitely not at those prices.
