I’ve been coming for 5 years and they’ve been always super nice and greeted me and have asked how i’ve been. It is a bit more on the expensive side but i absolutely love the food and the people there. It is usually run by two guys which are amazing sweet people if you also treat them with respect! Other employees that have been hired there are okay. I assume many bad reviews were due to them being rude, they are very nice people if you treat them with respect and kindness!!

The employee was professional and prepared the food quickly on her own. the problem is with the rice and chicken in the baja bowl being too dry (tooth breaking dry) - i think they knew this and for that reason drenched it in spicy sauce. It was like eating a spicy ketchup soup, save the money, go to tropical grill or other place.

Im being so deadass, this is THE best food place in a 20 mile radius if you want a hardy lunch meal AND they have good ass smoothies. Ive been here like 10 times in the 2 weeks ive been in the area and I will not be getting tired of it any time soon. no im not a bot and no im not lying, i destroyed this buffalo chicken wrap with little to no mess

Don’t waste your money unless you got it like that. I had the Philly meal which cost. 💲 17. It was ok but I asked for extra sauce and it cost a dollar extra. Then I asked for a refill on the drink and was embarrassed 😞. The Gus quickly showed me the sign that read no refills 😂

The woman at the counter ran my card twice in a row directly in front of me. While waiting for the food to come out I checked my bank, sure enough two separate 7$ transactions with two separate transaction IDs. After confronting them the manager he got extremely hostile and kept insisting that magically the separate charge would be gone tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and who could've guessed it!? Still two separate charges because the woman obviously charged my card twice. Instead of making it right the manager argued with me and stole my money. These people are thieves and you can see in the reviews there are plenty of other instances of them literally stealing money from their customers with duplicate charges and hidden fees they slide in. No self respecting person should indulge these thieves with your money. There is much more honest restaurants at the mall that deserve your business instead.

Was charged an extra 3$ for a custom item that I have no idea what it is as the only special instructions were no onions that I have an allergy too that they didn’t follow anyways

Very rude manager the day I visited. Was not clear about a particular item having sauce, when I asked for it, he told me to wait in line to pay $1 for a sauce. Meal for myself and one other person was $36....before the additional dollar for sauce. We only had a chicken philly and a 6 PC wing and fries...I also witnessed another customer have a terrible experience as I stood there and would not have eaten there had I witnessed it before I ordered. With so many other options just steps away you would certainly be more likely to have a better experience someplace else.

I advise people not to go here. The man is so rude and disrespectful. I asked for a refund because he missed my order up and he told me to leave and he’s not giving me anything. Called Mall security and all. I got my money back and then some. Bad place to go in the mall.
