I advise people not to go here. The man is so rude and disrespectful. I asked for a refund because he missed my order up and he told me to leave and he’s not giving me anything. Called Mall security and all. I got my money back and then some. Bad place to go in the mall.

I don't know what all the fuss is on here about the quality of food or the attitudes received, but I had none of that experience in my first visit there. The food was great, portions were on point, and no attitudes from anyone there, only polite. I am beginning to think that the people leaving these poor reviews need to take a look in the mirror to see what the issue is.Thanks for the great food and service!

Absolutely a waste of money!!!! I won’t even slow down when I walk by them in the mall again. I paid $17 for the large combo but got a small fry ( that by the way was cold!!) the man that took your order didn’t even have the customer service skills enough to put down his phone to speak with you! The service was rude on top of that! As far as the food, like I said cold fries and over cooked falafels

(It's called GW Gyro and Wings now) These people...anyways I will never do this again. I understand that it's the holidays and the mall food court is busy but that is not a reason to be rude to people and give the customer a very bad experience. I ordered the Gyro combo but was up charged a $1.50 for a non fountain drink option (which I was never told about) anyways as I was receiving my food order I asked for some extra tzatziki, I was rudely told it would be an extra $1.50..I'm like so this is what we are doing here..long story made short. The people at this location are rude AF and very dismissive , the food is garbage and the folks here are basically running this franchise into the ground. Visit this wretched place at your own risk.

Not good this place was called great wraps now is called gyro and wings they changed it and it’s nasty and unprofessional looks like the one they had before but it’s not and they added a tip in my payment without my permission!!! Not worth the $20 I used to like great wraps. Not coming here ever again

i ordered my food then was called to pay for it while the other guy prepared the bowl. when I saw that they had topped my bowl with I told them that I didn't want dairy. they blamed me for not telling them what I wanted. it's not my fault I was called to the other end to pay. instead of preparing my food correctly they took the. owl stood over the trash can and pulled the toppings off and tapped the spoon on the side of the trash can. I asked them if I was supposed to eat that and he said yes! Not good! Unsanitary.

They’re very quick and friendly. They have a variety of really good food. I first tried it when I was craving a Philly cheesesteak but no one was at Charley’s they were all in the back kitchen at Charley’s so I went to great wraps. Honestly I liked great wraps a lot more. Thank you guys!

I went to Great Wraps in the Haywood Mall this past Sunday. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak combo. The guy behind the counter made a salad prior to putting my meat on the grill. I am highly allergic to cucumbers. He then put my meat on the grill but part of it broke off the paper and he picked it up with his gloves that he just touched cucumbers with. I asked for him to change gloves and put different meat on the grill in another spot and explained my allergy to him. He changed his gloves because the guy running the register told him too. But they would not cook different meat and told me that he didn’t touch the meat as there is paper on it. I explained my allergy again and explained that he touched the meat without the paper on it. He would not cook new meat and told me I could have the one they were cooking or not have it. I did not get the sandwich and walked away. Very bad customer service and not polite. You should accommodate people with severe allergic reaction’s. I will never go to this place again.

If you have nit tried Great Wraps then you need to try it, especially if you want something different. The Baja Bowl has rice, lettuce, you build your own with choices such as salsa, black beans, tomatoes etc. You also have choices of sauces that taste delicious. The Great Wraps team are very nice offering friendly customer service everyday.
