Very mediocre at best. Slow and lousy service

a 1 star usually seems aggressive for a review however nothing about this restaurant wasn’t enjoyable. We waited over an hour and a half for 1 grilled chicken sandwich (no sides) and 1 smash burger with fries. We sat on the patio and it was fairly busy. Most tables however sat untouched with dirty dishes for 15+ minutes and dirty napkins flying around onto other patrons dining. someone came out to buss the tables, stacked the dishes and left. the wind blew and knocked over several dishes and what was on them. When we received the food the cheese was melted but had hardened. The food was not hot, or warm. It was clear the food had been sitting out ready to go for a while now. Dirty, cold, and lacking customer service.

Service here is terrible… even to go order are bad. Been here a few times and it’s never good recommend take the commute downtown

Sandwiches were fine, good flavor but tiny portions for the price. Same with the appetizers. Ordered a special milkshake because they looked good online. Waited over 45 minutes to receive a glass of milk with a cookie on top. They must have forgot all the additives to the shake, very disappointing.

Vashone was so friendly and treated me like he had known before. I will be back to this bar and bring friends if Vashone is bartending. He was awesome!

it was my first time here and I sat at the bar this last Saturday, since they were busy … a nice gentlemen made me a few drinks at the bar, and they were spectacular!!! Would def come again if he is working the bar.

I love coming here. The food is so delicious, but it looks like they have rotated bartenders and man the drinks have been 100% on point than ever. The bartender who served us was great he did a fantastic job and looks awfully young. Keep him!! Cheers!

Took my 2 year old daughter to the small bathroom where other customers were smoking weed in the stall. We told the waitress who said she would take care of it but then proceeded to DEFEND the smokers. Also, our order came out completely wrong and service was EXTREMELY slow.

Hubby and I both ordered burgers and a" Threeway" that included fries, fried pickles and fried onions. The waitress "who was new" told us our burgers already came with fries so we cancelled the "Threeway" and got fried pickles. I also had a regular milkshake.
The food and milkshake were very good but messy.
We had to request silverware since none was provided.
When the bill came we had been charged for the fries. When brought to their attention we were told fries aren't included and did nothing to make it right.
We realize the server was new but the restaurant should have offered to remove the charge.
For that reason we will be reluctant to return anytime soon.

I expected higher quality for the price point. The burger was average and the loaded fries were a huge disappointment - some were cold, some warm, and some blazing hot- all on the same plate.

Waited 30 minutes at my table to find out they ran out of what I wanted !! The waitress Kristi was amazing and felt bad for her because management never communicated to her about my order! So I will say that TJ is the worst manager in food service, I’ve encountered. I pray the HR of this franchise calls me or reaches out to me !

This was the French fries with hotdogs with ketchup, mustard, and chili. This was the best comfort dish from my childhood.
