Sick and tired of customers throwing beer bottles off the back, outdoor deck area to hit the building overlooking the alleyway outside Pour. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've almost been hit. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. It's a stain on downtown GVL.

Great tacos and a great selection of beverages to choose from. I recommend getting their house margarita! Service has been hit or miss the times I’ve been. They are always polite, just some of the servers are more attentive than others.Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

After posting about the bar rejecting my real ID to the point that I had to call the cops even after showing other forms of identification the manager responded by saying they are required to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age. If it’s their responsibility to ensure legal drinking age they should get a real ID scanner like any well established bar instead of discriminating against and talking down to any person with an ID not from SC. The manager and security guard our too small minded to understand people live in different states. They didn’t give a second glance to any of my friends with SC IDs, but made me wait in the rain “until they could look at mine better” then kept it and left me outside until I was required to call the cops to verify my ID. This is a reoccurring problem so don’t waste your time here it’s not even a little bit worth it.

So, I went with friends to enjoy the bar and they refused to take my ID. They called the police and everything because they thought it was a fake ID. They made me wait outside in the cold wet area until the cops showed up. The cops ran my ID and of course it was perfectly fine and I am way over 21. Then after everything I still got talked down to and they didn’t even offer free drinks or an apology. Trashy.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. My friend’s ID got taken because they thought it was a fake when it was her real ID. The manager was extremely unprofessional in how she handled the situation. She talked down to us the entire time and was very rude. Can’t even imagine ever giving them a penny of my hard earned money ever again. Worst bar experience I’ve ever had and I HIGHLY recommend literally any other place in Greenville over it.

I LOVE Gringos! I went here for my birthday with some of my friends...we pigged out and had a great time! The food was so yummy and I love the atmosphere and decorations and art in the store...this place is super cool! I want to go here way more often!

We went to Gringos on a Sunday night. We were told that they were out of chips after we had already gotten our alcoholic beverages (along with lettuce, steak and rice) so we asked to leave. They refused to take our alcohol off of the bill (that we had not drank). The manager was rude and we left. Later, the waitress Makayla looked us up and messaged us on Facebook harassing us! So rude and unprofessional.
Got the restaurant and we’re told they were out of lettuce, grits, steak, potatoes and rice. Ok... we want nachos and margaritas. We ordered one pitcher $15 and two beers $5 each. We start drinking and the server, makayla, says oh yeah I told you we are out of chips. So now we can’t get nachos or chips and queso etc. we ask for a discounted pitcher because we won’t be staying to finish this as they have nothing for us to eat. While waiting on the manager to call the district manager to see can she discount this pitcher the waitress charges the cards for the beers and takes $6 for one third of the pitcher. After waiting and waiting. We leave.... the waitress, makayla, then stalked the two card holders on social media sending nasty messages about us leaving. Most of us are servers ourselves or have been..... worst service ever! Can’t rate the food they didn’t have any!

The whole step up of the restaurant and the atmosphere was amazing!!!!!!!! Food and drinks were awesome!!!! The Owner was so cool and he makes his own slushes. The bartender KK made you feel like she been knowing you for years!!!! Wasn’t the plan to come here but I’m so glad I did!!!

I had a terrible experience the last time I was here. I thought what a fun place to visit while on a trip to Greenville but the service or lack there of was frustrating due to clear understaffing. When I finally did get my food it was cold and I asked to speak to the manager I believe his name was Corey he wasn’t apologetic he presented it as ok so...do you want another drink NO I wanted hot food and to not feel like my server who was doing her best was a problem. He took no responsibility for our experience and I won’t be coming back !
