Decided to stop for a quick sample and Nate that was working on 5.11.24 around 4:40 pm was not friendly at all in fact acted as if if was a problem that my sister and I both wanted a sample of one icecream. We wasn't asking for several just one for each of us. They wasn't busy , no line. But his response was I'm trying to not to go overboard with giving out samples... I didn't understand why he said this after the sign clearly reads try our samples.. I have never experienced such rudeness for asking for a sample. Nate wasn't overwhelmed he was on the floor with 2 other ladies. By this time the remainder of my family approached (6) of us total and decided to go somewhere to enjoy icecream.

I DIDNT GET TO ENJOY MY ICECREAM BECAUSE IT WAS MADE WITH CRUNCHY BANANAS AND I DID NOT GET THE EXTRA TOPPING I PAID FOR. WHEN I CALLED THE STORE THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE AND ARGUED THAT SHE DID PUT MY EXTRA TOPPING AT THE BOTTOM OF MY CUP. I AM CALLING CORPORATE

The staff here aren't friendly. I was at the wrong end of the line, not meaning to, and none of the employees there corrected me. Just ignored me and let customers push me to the side until I saw people collect at the other end.

Decadent doesn't even begin to cover it; always grabbing something before I leave the mall whenever I'm in the area.Wide selection, and the shakes are always top of the line. My personal favorite is the Midnight Cookies and Cream. Cheers. ?
