The staff here aren't friendly. I was at the wrong end of the line, not meaning to, and none of the employees there corrected me. Just ignored me and let customers push me to the side until I saw people collect at the other end.

I've been looking for one since I moved back from ATL, and here it is. Service was great and fast. Even though it was the mall, they were very clean, sanitized, and orderly. Will definitely visit again!

The Ice Cream was filled with small chips of ice. Most unpleasant and over priced. Not happy!

Nice long hair literally laying all over my ice cream and then the lid closed on it without noticing. Have you heard of pulling your hair back when you are preparing food?

I got a simple scope of strawberry ice cream in a small cup and they charged me for brownie sundae. I live to far away to have gone back to complain. I tried to call and no one answers. It was ridiculous

My daughter & I stopped for an ice cream tonite before leaving the Haywood Mall. Mark did an excellent job, he was knowledgeable about the product, offered for us to try different flavors & took pride in his job. The Mango Sorbet was amazing, thanks Mark!!
