I have to give zero on the atmosphere because I didn't go inside I went through drive-thru. The food was good! Never have I been through a drive-thru and asked to leave a tip for fast food!! I looked at the girl and said, what's the tip for? She said well if you want to just tip it to me then it would just go to me! Then She said, if you want to tip it for me and the other girl that works over there or it's separated between all of us! I'm like what???? Never in my life have it gone through a fast food restaurant and asked to tip it's not barista you're not making coffee that's completely different they bust their ass oh yes and then let's not forget the tip cup sitting outside the window for people that didn't want to tip on their card they could just tip cash! Do not pay your people enough? Which I saw the wages on The Help Wanted sign! Do you know what it cost to live in Greenville, South Carolina? I'll tell you right now you're not paying them enough for what you charge, so we won't be back!!! Because we can't afford to tip your employees, because you can't afford to pay them enough!!

Oh and we originally ordered sweet potato fries and we changed them to normal fries and I still got charged the price for the sweet potato fries was not refunded the dollar!

The food is 7/10 .. the time 10/10 because it’s fresh so it’s worth the wait. Let’s talk about everything being a la carté .. that really grinds my gears. Kids eat free M-T , but who’s bringing their kids here on a Monday - Thursday .. it’s the school season. The customer service is pish posh. I rather order from AI and never see a human here the way these prices are .

Very disappointed with our recent visit. We've eaten at this Habit Burger before, but this experience made me regret coming back. Customer service was practically non-existent... no hustle, no engagement, and absolutely no understanding of food allergies despite having documented protocols in place.

We waited over 25 minutes for a simple order: double burger and fries, and a kids' chicken meal. I informed the staff of my other child's dairy allergy, and was met with blank stares and shoulder shrugs. When the manager was called over, he seemed completely unprepared to handle the situation—just handed me a food matrix notebook without any explanation or reassurance and walked away.

This was supposed to be a family birthday meal because we believed it was a safe option for everyone. Instead, my husband had to take our child to Chipotle so he could safely eat. What a colossal failure. Habit on Haywood, your lack of training, empathy, and basic customer service is unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

Not only was the burger great, but the guys working the evening shift 6/14 (Isaiah, Nigel, etc.) were great as well. You can tell they take their jobs seriously and care about what they're doing.

Clean space. Moist tender burgers. My kids said it was the best fast food they ever had. Better than Chick-fil-A or McDonalds.
