My wife and I tried to use the drive thru this morning to order breakfast here. We ordered, and then no one said anything for approximately five minutes, so we pulled up to the window.
At the window, the cashier said “what yall order” and I said that no one responded so we thought we’d pull up to the window. Then the cashier berated us for pulling up, saying “we gotta talk to these people inside too,” among other things. My wife pointed out that they could’ve also said “we’ll be with you in a minute,” and then the cashier started yelling at us again.
Easily the most bizarre interaction I’ve ever had with another person in a customer service context. Will not be returning to this place again, as it is operated by some of the rudest people I’ve ever seen.

First time customer and I had a blast. Ordered the new grilled cheese sausage breakfast sandwich my goodness was it amazing. I will definitely be back and this will be my new favorite place. Great customer service and got my food fast and it was amazing.

This Hardee's does customer service well!
Go through the drive thru this morning 11/09/2025 after the store was supposed to have opened no one had come to the speaker so I go to the window I said are y'all open she said no i said when she said we not open I said when she said we not open she was rude as well I said you know what have a nice day so I went to parker rd location instead ....
Would not service me after driving 20min.

This is my go-to fast food in the area, I always get fresh food and good service. The fried chicken is my favorite.Yesterday Tiffany was helpful and courteous despite being one of the only people on staff. I appreciate employees like her!

Service was horrible the loaded omelette basically had cheese and eggs forgot to give me my coffee seems frustrated when I asked for it wait time was horrible gravy biscuit biscuit doughy
The manager really took great care of me and I will give this location a thumbs up every time.

I just moved to an area that has Hardee’s. I grew up on Hardee’s and I’m happy to get reacquainted. I’ve seen ads for the blueberry biscuit and that drew me. So I went to the drive through. I asked for a sausage and egg biscuit but on a blueberry biscuit. I was told, “ we ain’t got a button for that”.
She then offered to ring up a blueberry biscuit with a side of sausage and egg, but I would have to assemble myself. What?!?
The biscuit is the exact size of a hockey puck.

We did an online order for breakfast, I arrived before breakfast ended to pick it up. I was automatically told that they didn’t have my order because they didn't even make it. If they weren’t going to make it why were we able to make the order and why did they take money online. It does not add up. Is there no policy on still making breakfast orders even though its going to end? This location is extremely unprofessional and rude.

6 11 25. This is the best, nicest crew ive ever dealt with. Gentleman on the mic was nice and prompt and lady at window was the sweetest! I got the frisco bfast combo. Yummy as always. Was having a bad morning. Stopped at the arch as it was closer to work. That was a mistake! I ended up driving away. Wasent even crowded. Shoulda just came to Hardee's in the first place. Thanks yall for turning my morning around!

Where has customer service gone? Stopped here this morning at drive thru, no one in drive thru line or in parking lot so I thought this will go quickly. I was told over speaker to hold on a minute...no welcome greeting just hold on. I held for over 3 minutes, no one ever came back to take my order. 4 cars had pulled up behind me in line. I blew my horn, employee cane on speaker and took order. I went to pay at window, an employee who was holding the bag with my biscuit asked if I blew the horn? I said yes. She ssid I told you to hold on a minute. I'm thinking this is wild! I'm being questioned about blowing my horn when they did not provide service??? I told her I should not have had to wait, they opened at 5 a.m. and should be ready to serve. She wanted to argue and was holding my bag hostage to continue mouthing at me...I told her to just give me my order.
Never again will I go to this location. Has already went to a Hardees in Berea that morning and was told have yo wait 7 minutes on biscuits to be ready. No excuse for lack of service or product!
