Sign on the door says the lobby opens at 6am, but it was locked at 6:40am. The guy in drive thru looked at me, and closed the window. I drive a tractor trailer, and even had it parked in the street in front of the drive thru window. After standing outside for about 10 mins, I ask the guy in drive thru how long it would be before they opened the lobby, and he responded “ I don’t know, maybe 30 mins”. If zero stars was an option, I would give it.
Sadly this place has been closed! I really liked the staff here as they treated me well!

I just got the worst chicken biscuit I have ever had. It was burnt, yet cold. I think it went through the fryer twice, it was tough as leather and dry. They also forgot a straw for the drink. I will never go to this location again, and I discourage anyone else from spending money at this establishment.

I love the small ham& cheese sandwiches. My family love the big ham & cheese sandwiches.
I stopped here for breakfast this morning and the young lady that took my order had such a welcoming face and smile. Not only was the food good but the environment was great. She didn’t let the fact that she was obviously under staffed and extremely busy stop her from being a kind person. I believe she said her name was Wendy. Also then went back for lunch. Still wonderful young lady was there with a smile!

Drive thru is slow. I ordered two loaded omelet biscuits with a piece of country style steak on each and onions. They never said at the drive through intercom they wouldn't put onions or I wouldn't have ordered. I ask the Hispanic girl at the window to make sure onions is on it, and she said we don't do produce in the morning. My wife was a shift leader at Hardee's almost 5 years. Every location we have been too bad made my order with onions. They just didn't want too. I ended up driving across the street to QT to get onions. Looking at the reviews, poor service is normal here.

Waited 20 mins for 2 burgers and fries and no one was even in the building or in line. Absolutely ridiculous. And they all have bad attitudes.
I went to this location today with my Girlfriend and Daughter. We purchased a drink and sat down at a table inside with our laptop. The employee inside was extremely rude and sitting around with no shoes on while watching his phone. Suddenly out of nowhere he tells us we have to leave and that there is a 20 minute time limit to sit inside and use the internet, even though we where being quiet and still getting and drinking refills of the drink we had bought. I know that is not the policy. He said he was going to call the cops on us if we didn't leave.. I am/was a regular customer there and did not deserve to be treated like this.

Declined access to the restroom....was told I would have to purchase something before I could use.....I replied that's fine. I said but I need to use now... manager refused me...I couldn't believe she had done me that way. I had a pocket full of cash. Terrible attitude and no hospitality whatsoever...was even rude in her tone. Almost like she had satisfaction of denying me.....
