EVERYTIME I go in the evenings my kids are begging for Hardee’s! They love fresh food after a long day of practice and Bobby makes sures each time to repeat our and make sure their food is fresh. Keep it up!

When I ask for fresh steak biscuits that’s what I’m waiting for , the light skinned guy literally waited 5 minutes to hand me kinda warm but not fresh steak bicuits, he never communicated it with the back house I watched him , then he just grabbed any steak biscuit I visit restaurants to review them for a specific company and reason and Hardee’s failed !

I order a gravy biscuit and butter biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese, now I’m not from here remind u so I get my order and checked it didn’t open the gravy box bc well that’s what it’s suppose to come in got all the way back and get the food out and guess what I have in my gravy box two pieces of chicken smh lazy people so I have to drive all the way back up there pregnant as hell in the cold and my husband went in and said this is rediculous and we understand people make mistakes but this isn’t the first time the same smart ass mouth manager had done something like this she wanted to get smart and run her mouth at us bc they got the stuff wrong she isn’t the one that has ti pay for my gas to go all the way back up there and as we all know times are hard right now, not only should I have gotten a refund but she needs to be replace I’m told she has a problem with white folks and that is not tolerable in a business environment she needs to find a job she can do bc obviously Hardee’s isn’t one of them, I wouldn’t not go here find another one that is more business like and professional

Always come in and ask for my steak fresh gravy biscuit on dark notice the mng see it but don’t drop it and it holds up my time to get to work this has happened more than once
