My first time going to this place and I was absolutely satisfied. The young lady took my order and it was out of the frying pan into my stomach in a short period of time. I enjoy the hot flavorful gravy on top of biscuits and some home fries. And they gave me a pretty good amount of home fries that I was satisfied with. Now I would have preferred another biscuit to come with the meal but it is what it is. I was really happy to know that the bathroom was nice and clean and they used a pretty decent brand of hand towels which was Scott. Not too thin a great absorbent paper towel. The bathroom was cleaned and you guys know how I like my bathrooms clean if I'm going to visit your restaurant. LOL. Nonetheless the restaurant was clean garbage cans were not overflowing I even looked towards the back area where the cooking takes place and I didn't see any greasy walls or anything out of place which tells me they keep up with their sanitary conditions and that makes me happy to eat here. The food was good the location was good customer service was good I have no complaints however as I always say you can always stop by visit for yourself and leave you a review. But I think you're going to agree with me on this

Store closes 20 mins after my arrival time. Door was locked and speaker box said they’re closed. I get it, it’s late, but it’s a restaurant, food service, you should be open til you’re actually closed. It’s poor customer service, and lack of care. A restaurant like Hardee’s probably doesn’t get much business, they should be lucky to get people so people so late.

I dont see how they are still in business. I been there two days in a straight , and Noone will come to the drive through. They can't be making money .

Waited at drive through 20onutes without ordering. Went inside and stood at empty country for 5 minutes and left
Only two people working in whole establishment. I never got waited on one greeted. Will never return.

The service was very good, I can't say the same about the food. It was bland, dry, and lacking any taste whatsoever. It used to be better years ago, the their food has not improved. 🫩

Ordered 1 hotdogs. No onions add mayo. Got to my vehicle and the hotdogs was LOADED with onions.
Thank God I did not leave before checking my food.

I overheard a worker speaking with the manager about her schedule. She was not on the clock but he was such a gentleman and his answer were professional and empathetic. I wish businesses had more management like this young man!

Not a good experience.

Update:
I followed the instructions below and was contacted by a district manager named Jamie. He confirmed there is currently no general manager at this location, which explains the lack of leadership and the chaotic environment. After speaking with Jamie, it became clear that my experience isn’t an isolated issue, there are much larger problems at this store that need attention.

Unfortunately, this confirmed my decision not to return. There’s a reason why the lobby is empty on a Saturday morning, anyone from this area knows that’s unusual for a Hardee’s

Awful. Got my order 6:00pm. Got my order wrong. Went back through the drivethru. Got ignored after I knocked on the window 3 times. Went in, lady ignored me for 10 minutes. Finally the cook remade my order. Wrong again. Leaving 6:45
