My first visit. Pork was good quality and lean. I did not dine in.

Amazing service, best BBQ I’ve had in a loooong time. I’ve stopped at a lot of BBQ places over the years all over the country and this one left me happy and full as a tick!!

I am pretty picky when it comes to bbq because I was raised on it, so finding this place that felt like REAL SC bbq was like tasting a little bit of home again. I like hash even more than bbq so seeing it on the menu just made my day. All the meat was such good quality that you almost don’t need the sauce (even though the mustard is VERY good) because it tastes great on its own.

The staff is welcoming, patient, and helpful. Since it was my first time, I had a few questions and the lady who took my order was friendly and polite answering them and even made a few suggestions to help us out!

There is limited seating inside, but loads outside under a covered sort of gazebo/pergola type thing. The menu is easy to order from and yet still has plenty of options to choose from. The portions are huge and the prices are fair. You get loads of food without having to save up just to get lunch out. This is a traditional, down to earth bbq place, but the quality just elevates far over any of those newfangled chain places popping up. Forget them, remember what good food is really like.

Lovely ppl very sweet but the food and sauce is spicy. And the soda machine was flat in every flavor. Just not top notch. That's too much when your paying hard earned money.

Ordered the two meat combo (pulled pork, chicken) with mac n cheese and hash . The pulled pork was dry and very under-seasoned. The chicken was somehow even more disappointing. It looked like a hacked up thigh but it was so dry, I think it might have been a pounded chicken breast. Portion size was terrible for the chicken. Sides were even worse. Best thing were the sauces and friendly service.

Visiting from Texas and went on the hunt for a local BBQ place. Found Henry’s and it’s honestly some of the best BBQ I’ve had. Pulled pork and ribs both delicious. And all the sides were awesome. Not usually a huge fan of BBQ place Mac and cheese but theirs is solid. We also had the baked beans, potato salad, and the hash and rice and it was all great. Plus the sauces are fantastic and polar opposites of each-others, both worth trying.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff and insanely fair prices. Back home we’d pay double for some sort of award winning BBQ that would be half as good, less food, and twice the price. Highly recommend Henry’s Smokehouse. Plus I want the old Elvis painting in the back.

I hope they stick around for a real long time.
