Food was good but the employees were rude mainly the lady at the front desk. Our daughter is 6 but big for her age and even though we told them at the beginning how many people and our child's age they instead charged us for the 7+ age price. I asked them to change the bill to reflect her age and they did but were rude, glared and ignored us at the end when we left. I would not be that cheap and try to lie just to save a couple bucks.

They told me I was not allowed to eat half of the buffet and charged me full price for dinner. Not once did they fill a glass or take a plate. Bad service and mean staff.

I was good until the waitress walked my son to the register to pay the bill. Never had that happen in the 2 years We have been coming. Just lost a customer.

Hands down the best buffet I've had since Sizzler shutdown in Ft. Lauderdale when I was a child. Great selection, fresh food, HOT FOOD, and very fresh fruit this place gets a 200/10. I will eat here again!!!

Worst experience at a buffet in a while. The food was ok but you could definitely get better from a take out place. Not worth the crazy expensive price. Our server was rushing us to pay towards the end of our meal and was trying to force us to tip on our ticket. I understand some people may tip in buffets but it should not be expected since it’s a self serve place.

We've been several times, but with each visit, the experience has declined. Last night was the last straw. We will not be back. We arrived at 8 pm for dinner requested by my 6 year old son. (They close at 10) To our surprise, the food on the bar was not fresh and several ( like 10 or more dishes) were completely empty and never replenished. When I asked about the food, I was told all we have to do is ask them for it and they would make it. However, that is not the purpose of paying for a buffet and was completely unacceptable. When we asked for more items to be made, the cook asked my husband why he didn't want chicken wings. When they finally made more after our complaints, they only made enough for maybe 2 people, leaving customers basically having to decide who gets the food. My mom also witnessed a waitress remove lemons from a table and put them back on the bar. So unsanitary! I'm already not a huge fan of buffets, but this solidified my reasoning. When discussing the issue, the staff was rude and condescending. Customer service was non existent. So disappointed.
