This place is super super nice and clean .. the heated pool was amazing till it got a lil hood up in there ... almost seen a kid drown cause his parents was more worried about getting high outside.. other than that it was nice.. the breakfast was amazing as

This Holiday inn Express is nestled back behind Twin Peaks on Woodruff Road, diagonally from Costco and less than 5 minutes from easy on I-85. Cracker Barrel located right next to north Interstate entrance. Rooms were clean and equipped with Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Front Desk staff was courteous and present. Free breakfast and Wifi. The secret sauce at this location is named Tonie. What a natural born people person who is there to serve and solve. Each day we were greeted with a smile and her desire to fill our every need. Tonie exemplifies the do not forget hospitality translation: "show kindness to strangers" spoken about in Hebrews 13:2, who was ever present in the meal area (see picture- she's cleaning up). What a pleasure she is at no added cost! lol. Holiday Inn and their guests are so blessed to have her. BTW Tonie, the conversation with TH never happened. But you knew that, right?! Thanks for everything!

I had a business trip here for the weekend and work booked this hotel without my input. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay and experience. The place was clean and staff were extremely kind. I want to give accolades to the kitchen staff that were responsible for the complimentary breakfast, went above and beyond; I hope management will pass this along for their great work. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others without a doubt.

Would give 10 stars! The staff was amazing, the two gentlemen at the desk were wonderful. The breakfast ladies went above and beyond. It was like they knew us personally and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and i wanted to take this bed home. All of us did the most comfortable bed ever! Will be staying there from now on when we go to Greenville.

From pancakes made in minutes, sweet breakfast buns, sausage, eggs, or omelets, and a variety of breads for toast. There is yogurt, fresh fruit, and a juice dispenser. You'll walk away from a hearty breakfast feeling satisfied.Rooms: The rooms are clean. I like the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the shower.Nearby activities: Nearby there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, several within walking distance.Walkability: Should you feel like walking, put on your walking shoes, Target is right down the street.Food & drinks: Twin Peaks shares the same parking lot.... need I say more?Best old fashions around.Cheddars has the best Pain Killer, minus the honey coconut rimmed glass.

Our stay here was great. It was quiet and every staff member we encountered was so friendly and kind. I’d like to give super extra praise to the 2 breakfast ladies that were working 9/9/2023 and 9/10/2023. I didn’t get their names but man, they were THE BEST! Made everyone feel like family all while keeping everything stocked and tidy. I’ve never felt more at home when staying at a hotel. We will certainly be staying here again and I hope those 2 sweet breakfast ladies will still be there.

Near everything! The staff is awesome! Clean! Great breakfast buffet! Pool real nice and gym is clean. Randy the manager is awesome, Chris & Tom & Amber at the front desk are always helpful and kind. Teresa and Aday in sales are amazing at helping you book with the ballroom and any large groups. They truly make you feel like family...the good kind lol. My go to hotel worth the money.
