The wait time on the food was ridiculously long. The place wasn’t busy AT ALL. I’m talking 4 people at the bar. When we receive the food, the plates were hot but my food wasn’t. You can tell it had been sitting for a while because it was soggy and the breading was falling off. Not 1 time did the MOD come to the table to acknowledge us or apologize for the extremely long wait time. We were neglected. I am generally a chill person and don’t really get worked up about things but that was beyond ridiculous. The orders were wrong from ingredients to missing items all together. The however was polite and did take the time to apologize for the wait. I really hate that I wasted my money. Overall I will NEVER eat here again.

So disappointed. Been going here for years specifically for the mild buffalo wings. Ordered them tonight and they had a whole, different taste of burnt butter(they weren’t burned). Staff explained that the ingredients had changed. Please provide the option for the previous buffalo taste. I couldn’t eat more than 3 wings so definitely wouldn’t go back if they stay that flavor. The staff care was exceptional though.

Miiah my server was fantastic other than that The new sauce is disgusting. I purchase original bone in wings with medium sauce and it tasted nothing like it used to it was watery and no flavor. This is like McDonald changing their secret sauce or kfc changing their seasons what were y’all thinking will not come back till they change it again. I don’t care if corporate in Florida likes that type. That’s not South Carolina Hooters. Do better. I didn’t even eat it all would have asked for a refund but wasn’t going to put the waitress through that she was great and apologized for the issue

Taylor waited on us and she was just super sweet! The food was hot and fresh, my cousin and I was super glad we went ....although no blackened Mahi Mahi they need to get that back and I could see myself going a lot!!!! Maybe throw some paint on outside and itd get more attention. But honestly it was a good experience!!!
