Quite literally the best. I was never a huge fan of Italian ice, but Houni's opened my eyes to something amazing. Their flavors are always on point, the consistency of the Italian ice and soft serve are always perfection, and the employees there are always incredibly hospitable. My only request is more locations! Keep up the great work!

This is a bit unfortunate I have to leave this review. While the girl who took my order was nice, she was also a bit passive-aggressive. Long story short, I ordered something, and they called out an order that sounded similar to mine, but it had chocolate in it. When I mentioned that it was the wrong order, the girl who took my order tried to make me feel foolish in front of other customers by saying it wasn’t mine and was for someone else. She then grabbed the cup from me, making me feel like I had taken the wrong order out of the other girls hands. I then saw another girl walk that same cup to the only other table, confirming it wasn’t theirs, then watched her throw away the that wrong order in the trash, which belonged to no one and was initially supposed to be mine, but was simply made incorrectly. In the end, it was my order, but instead of owning the small mistake I didn’t even care much about to start with, she chose to make me feel as if I had taken someone else’s order. On top of all of that, when I walked away, she told the customers who were behind me waiting “I’m so sorry about that” as if i was a nuisance or inconvenience. I just wish she had shown a bit more integrity. This is a strange review because I don’t want to exaggerate or say that she was rude. It was just a very awkward exchange..

What a great find. Trying something new we walked up to Houni*s Italian Ice and tried two of their creations: Coconut truffle creation and the strawberry shortcake creations. Friendly service and excellent product. Give it a try he will not be disappointed.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! I live in Illinois (12 hrs away) but was in the area because I travel a lot. I decided to try Houni's Italian Ice on Saturday as a fun treat but ended up coming back before leaving the next morning ?. I would honestly be going here almost every day if I lived in the area; the staff are extremely friendly, the Italian Ice is DELICIOUS with an immense variety of flavors, the pricing is reasonable, I don't know how much better it could get.

we checked the hours on the listing here and clearly shows 10pm. it was closed the 1st day we checked (Mon), looked at going the next day. because we saw they had an hour left We made a special trip to drive out to Simpsonville solely to visit Houni's... And then their hours written on the window say 9:00 p.m. and they wouldn't serve us. very disappointing.... list your correct hours accurately

Love the vanilla soft serve! It's so rich and creamy!!! My only gripe is I never know what size my vanilla soft serve in a cone will be. I've been by a dozen times or more, and each time is different. I've ordered a small many times and it'll be anywhere from what you would consider a small to be, or it might be what you'd consider a large to be. I've ordered large, which is quite expensive, and I've gotten a massive amount on the cone, but I've also gotten a large that was the same as some of the "small" sizes. It gets a bit frustrating that there doesn't seem to be an "across the board" sizing. It really just depends on the server.
I ordered 50 for my employees and it was 5 stars across the board. All flavors were delicious. They provided a cooler with plenty of ice to keep cool while transporting from their location to my workplace. Highly recommend!
