The location of this hotel is very good and the rooms are late model and the cleaning crew is very good. The front desk could have been more helpful.Walkability: This is right on the main fairway and a great location for a fun walk. About 8 blocks from the Riverwalk.

My 80+ year old mother forgot her room number and they would not tell her the room number at the front desk because my father checked in he had to come downstairs to confirmDefinitely not elderly friendly

No refrigerator in the rooms. If you need to have medication that needs to be in a fridge AND accessible to you do not stay here.They do offer to use the fridge behind the front desk, however if you’re fine with that.

We were in there for Starbucks and the woman's NCAA Kentucky wildcats band was playing for the basketball players! It was great seeing that!

I have wanted to stay here since I was a kid! I never got the opportunity until I moved away. Thank you for being service dog friendly! It's hard to find places to stay. Pet friendly is hard because untrained dogs give us a hard time. The room had an amazing view of the beautiful lobby. The bed was comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was extremely attentive. It felt like a dream to finally get to stay here. My dad used to take me here to see the Christmas trees and look at the water.
