Terrible service. I used to be a regular here, but after the last couple experiences I will not be returning. Don’t know why some servers think they can just get away with doing the bare minimum then get tipped.. I hate leaving people $0 but unfortunately that’s what I have had to do at this iHop. Food is always good, came out pretty fast. However, my server didn’t even bring the food out herself, never checked on me after the food came out, never gave me any refills, or extra jelly for my toast. Horrible place horrible servers. Save yourself the time and give your business to a different location.

A group of us came to eat last night after the Blake Shelton concert. It was 11:30. When we pulled in, someone raced to the door and closed 30 min early! This is unacceptable! As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for over 40yrs this appalls me. I understand that the employees wanted to go home. We would have done take out. You lost at least 20 orders last night. This needs to be addressed.

If I could rate this negative I would. The staff are awful. Every single one. Me and my 3 kids and mom were the only ones in there and it took 42 minutes to get our food. Once we did my son’s 4th bite into his burger had a hair in it. He almost threw up. Not only did we not get a discount or sorry, but we were treated poorly for asking for a new one. Horrible horrible horrible. This location is horrible

To say the least, we won't be back.
The food was good, yet the service, horrible would be an improvement. Yes you may be short staffed, yet in the same, take care of all ethnicities, not just your own. Our entire meal, and another table, never received a refill, was never checked back on, never seen the waitress except for taking our order, and bringing the check, which I had to go to the front counter to get, as she was chatting it up with another table, that was very well taken care of. The restaurant was NOT busy enough for the neglect of paying guests, that normally tips very well. Yet, when you walk by us MULTIPLE times, ignore the obvious empty glasses at the end of the table, you get nothing.
Restaurants like this, the piss poor service, is one of many reasons I would rather save my money, and eat at home instead of relying on half ass people to serve us.

We only go once a year now at Christmas, they had to raise the prices so high the plate I've been getting for years went up to much. We do enjoy the food. The service is usually good, you might get the occasional bad one.
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free after 4pm Tuesdays I think it is.

The first time at an IHOP in 4 years, the menu was better than the last time I visited. The lady that sat us took orders, and payment was funny, great humor, and great old school service. She didn't even need to write the orders down, and everything was spot on. You don't see food service like this much anymore.

Only went for a gift card. There's not one close, so I go to Waffle house for that type of food.

How are you gunna give people to go orders of PANCAKES without the SYRUP? Give me a bunch of butter but no syrup and they double tie the bag so it’s not like you can easily check if there’s any in there before you leave. Not the first time it’s happened. So annoying.

We were seated before 3 other families. They received (yes 3 families)their drinks before we were even asked what we would. Our waiter was not at all caring if we got food or drink. The other tables also received food 25 minutes before us. The kitchen finally came and brought our food . It was hot and the drinks came. Then our waiter came later. We has to ask for her. We needed creamer for the coffee. Needless to say food is a happy place but when you have bad service, it really sucks to eat out. We even had to wait to pay. The bus boy told us we pay at the table but of course the waiter was in candy land somewhere. The food was good and hot just not so good server and the wait was from her.
