Servers were efficient and personable with a good sense of humor! Most of the food was very good, we were just slightly disappointed in the pancakes and the sauce was missing from the breakfast burrito. Overall, very happy to have a good IHOP nearby again (just moved to town).

big disappointment, the waitress care was on point, but the food semi warm more to the colder side, the meat quality really bad and chewy, but the top cherry on the top was the bill, they charge for stuff not even ordered and even when we left cash tip, and paid with card, when we signed on the tablet we choose 0.0 tip obviously, but it changed us still 15% gratuity, and for the sake of our nerves we decided not to make a number and never come back here again, if you go there, take your time and carefully check for what are you paying for

Went in on my birthday and asked if they do free pancakes because i am a rewards member and didn’t see it however i did last year. The manager was the person i talked to and said no, NO WE DONT. Not a happy birthday or nothing. Funny to mention they have banners on the tables talking about free stack of pancakes.
