We were put upstairs with a group having a party that was extremely loud. Yelling over each other to talk. There were plenty of tables downstairs, so idk why she tortured us by seating us up there. Very unpleasant experience. 1st we've ever been there, and I don't think we will be back. The staff was pleasant when I asked for boxes to go because I couldn't take how loud they were being.

2024 Office Christmas Party I worked directly with Sara to plan our office Christmas party. She was timely in her responses, extremely organized and made sure everything about our experience was executed to perfection. Larkin and Ashley were our bartenders during the party and made sure everyone was well taken care of. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had the entire third floor to ourselves, the tables were set up beautifully, and the food was EXCELLENT! This is an amazing venue with an exceptional staff. We would love to host more events here in the future.

I would give this place zero stars if allowed. My girlfriend and I came in after a romantic night of Light the Knights. We sat at the bar because there was a lovely guy playing acoustic music. There was 2 female bartenders, 8 tables in the whole place, and 4 guests at the bar TOTAL. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes with no service. Not even as much as a “I’ll be right with you.” No menus, nothing. The bartenders walked past us numerous times, made eye contact, and kept walking with no acknowledgement. They were clearly too swamped with the 4 bar guests they had. This is pathetic and a super poor representation of this business. They should be ashamed. These ladies would be better off getting a job at the local gas station where they can stay ahead by serving one customer at a time. It was sad and completely ruined our night. The date is 12/19/2024 at 8pm(a Thursday). Judging from the numerous bad reviews about the bartenders and servers i think that the owners should take a long hard look in the mirror and slap themselves across the face before firing those two incapable excuses for bartenders.

The bartender with the crooked wig at the rooftop was very rude when my friend asked to get her order taken after waiting for 15+ minutes and having multiple people behind her orders taken first and when she asked to get her order taken the crooked wig pick me girl stated "don't do that again or I won't come back over here" come back over here and do your job??? 0/10 they will never get my money ever again !

Called to make a reservation, receptionist was rude and snarky. Once we arrived we “found” our way to the rooftop. Elevator definitely suggested and had really cool art work. Once upstairs we had ordered the Brussel sprouts, they dis not disappoint. We also ordered the steak bites and they too were good. The drinks were fair to midland but at least were strong. The view was ok and was pretty at sunset.

Nothing about this visit for a round of drinks were good , except for our waitress. She was nice and deserves a raise to be this kind in a place like this. The hostess was a total mess this Sunday! It took her 20 min to realize, that she still has to clean the tables , before she can seat us. She definitely wanted to be somewhere else and not seating people. Can't say something about the food But guys , please clean your bathroom! I saw this wall and told my people that I will not eat there , when they can't keep up with a simple wall cleaning. The dust on the walls was so thick , I was able to smell it when I entered the bathroom! That's a place I would never eat and so we left early.

Where to start… we had been at Ink N Ivy before for a lunch date, and it was good. Service was excellent, food was ok and we left happy. Last night we decided to go in for dinner and it was completely chaotic. We got there and there was a lady cleaning and singing loud right where the guests come through the door. The lady who showed us to our table was, in my opinion inappropriately dressed, to the point where you could almost see her behind. Now I understand they are young, most likely high school kids, but I still think it was too much. Secondly, we waited a good amount of time for a server and she only came after the lady who seated us went to call her. We ordered some drinks and an appetizer. The appetizer arrived way before my husband’s drink, to the point where we had forgotten he had even ordered one. The corn queso was yummy! We ordered two pastas and mine came good, but my husband’s was wrong. When he told the staff, our waitress came and tried to convince us that she had understood correctly and my husband had messed up. She ended up taking it back and said sorry. I ate way before my husband, since his had to be recooked. Our server only came to check on us once. We ended up paying $80 for an average meal and horrible service. We left without tipping, which my husband felt bad about, though the truth is it’s been a long time since the last time we were serviced this poorly at a restaurant.
Parking: It’s Greenville downtown, parking is just luck but the are plenty garages around.
