My recent experience left me feeling a bit frustrated due to pricing inconsistencies.
Upon entering the store, I noticed a menu board prominently displaying a set price for the cookies. This price seemed reasonable and encouraged me to indulge in a few flavors. However, when I approached the counter to pay, I was surprised to find that the total was notably higher than what I had expected based on the posted prices. This lack of transparency was disappointing, as it felt misleading and left me questioning the integrity of their pricing practices. Per employee this was a known which she was told nothing can be done about - requested the managers info and was told can’t give that out .

The customer service I received from the lady working here today was truly the worst I’ve ever experienced. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Extremely disappointing.

Just had to have a cookie and looked up my favorite cookie place insomnia and found they deliver. My daughters couldn’t go get me a cookie but delivery solved my sweet tooth. Only problem was couldn’t decide on flavor and number. Ended up with a large variety.

Cookies were pretty good. We got a box of 6 and every one was decent. So why three stars? $28 for 6 cookies, wtf, rip off to bizarre land, nearly $5 per cookie, thievery.
This place right here is amazing! Not only that their cookies and brownies and Blondies are so freaking good. They’re open till 2 AM. THE ONLY ICE CREAM PLACE IN DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE THAT IS OPEN TILL 2 AM. I literally drive 30 minutes to get there at 1:30 in the morning and at 1:55 the lady, not too happy with me but great service and a friendly attitude is what I was told to say Lol joking. But the lady even made my ice cream at 1:55 and to be honest, they were dead and I was so surprised they weren’t closed. This is how you put the lasting impression on somebody. This is the type of people I want to go to their restaurants and eat. More people need to take a look at what they’re doing and understand why they’re doing it. To the African-American lady that works third shift here I salute you. I have now been to the location four times all much earlier than 155 but you definitely made my night. And both my baby mamas that are both pregnant.

Delivery was late, half the order was missing, tried to call but they closed before their closing hours. What we did get was so little for the cost, small and overpriced.

Hunter, thank you for going above and beyond on my order and helping me with an online order. He took my name down said he would watch my name get placed into the system and himself would take the order and make sure they got individually wrapped and said instead of using the wax paper using the. Plastic for me to easily disperse to my teachers. You did amazing and I appreciate you taking the time explaining the vegan and suggesting which one was personally your favorite!
Oh and the cookies were SOOOO good!
