I see these awesome reviews but my experience was a bit flat. My egg and “seared” pork were cold in the middle, yet my ramen and broth was so hot I had to wait a bit to eat. So the eggs and pork are pre cooked? Also, I’ve never seen ground potion in ramen, and canned corn? What?!?!
The appetizers looked great that I saw going to other tables, but the lack of attention to your house ramen is sad. There are no condiments offered, even with the seared gyoza, no sauce. This is not ramen.

This place was great and adds a nice variety for food in the cherrydale area. It’s been busy both times I went and the food was still great. They have a friendly staff and fun atmosphere.
There is room for improvement in the front of the house process (the individuals on staff were great!). There just seemed to be some disorganization but I would chalk this up to growing pains. Overall pleased and will be back!

Staff is friendly but super forgetful. And not very knowledgeable about their own menu. Asked for a side we ordered three times. Got it when we were almost done.
Squid was flavorless and very chewy. But their menu clearly states that you should expect it to be chewy so fair enough.
Scallops were delicious.
The friend I went with said the ramen was 7/10. Very nice.
We asked the waitress to split two pricy items between our checks and instead she put it all on my check.
Atmosphere is very nice.
Won’t be returning for at least several years.

Broth for the ramen was overpowered by sesame paste. Charge you 1.50 for every little bit of extra chili oil you want. Gyoza were good

I've wanted to try authentic ramen for years, and finally did today. Outside, the restaurant looks small and unassuming, but inside is an atmospheric experience with beautiful art and friendly staff.
My wife tried the seafood ramen, while I tried the deluxe pork ramen. Neither of us knew what to expect, but quickly found that it would have been beyond our expectations. I didn't try hers due to allergies, but the deluxe ramen was fantastic. The meat was very tender and flavorful, the noodles were cooked just right, the bamboo shoots (new to me) were tender and delicious, and the egg was a new experience that I found to be really good despite my misgivings. The absolute star of my meal had to be the broth. I've never had a broth so rich in flavor.
My wife spent the meal gushing about her food, so I feel it's safe to say that she enjoyed her meal as well. We're sitting here now deciding what mochi to order, but this meal has definitely made us fans of both this restaurant, and ramen. Truly the best choice for our first experience.

My 2 sons love ramen and are always excited to try a new ramen restaurant. This one missed the mark for my ramen loving sons. There were 6 in our party. 5 out of the 6 of us were disappointed in the food. All stating it just didn’t taste good.

We got the edemome (best I’ve ever had), gyoza, House Special Ramen, and Godzilla roll, and tempura ice cream. The food was great, though the roll had a little too much cream cheese. Once we got to order the food was quick and wonderful. But that was the problem. We sat there about 10 minutes before anyone took our order. While one server ran around the manager just stood up front. But we will come back!

What a nice surprise this turned out to be. The owner took this old building across from Lowes that had been vacant forever and completely remodeled it for this restaurant. Food and service was outstanding!! Restaurant turned out beautifully and is definitely way better than we were expecting. This isn’t your average Americanized Japanese restaurant it feels authentic and we can’t wait to go back.
