I really wanted to like this place. I love ramen and was excited to have a lunch option nearby. Unfortunately I left pretty underwhelmed.

The sauces were just meh and had a strange sour flavor. Not a fermented or intentional kind of sour, but more like something was a bit off. I tried two different dishes on two separate visits, the spicy ramen and the original, and both had that same odd flavor. The second time it was less noticeable, but still there.

The prices also feel a bit high for ramen.

Service was slow and pretty forgetful both times. Neither server wrote down our orders, which led to mistakes with add-ons and adjustments. One of the dishes actually had to be sent back because it came out wrong.

The location is still new, so maybe they are just working through opening issues. I may give it another try down the road after they have had time to sort things out.

The food was great but fair Warnings to you all, it has Rich People appetizers, so you pay like $10 for five two inch slivers of steak or seven dumplings. But the Raman itself is absolutely worth the price, it all tasted to fresh and hot and just makes you melt! Especially perfect for cold or rainy days, it's like a hug in a bowl.

The service I can't really rate fairly, our server was really polite and well mannered, it was kinda obviously her first day on the job. And with how busy it was she was kinda left on her own so with those two things combined everything took a really long time to get anywhere. I'd recommend going on a weekday.

The decorations were really good!! I'm a total weeb so I loved the posters and wall decor and the whole vibe was really nice
Small issue, tho', the way the place is built makes it loud... Really loud, I could hear conversations from three tables over so I was having a rough time, haha. But that likely won't be an issue for most people so take that rating with a grain of salt.

TL:DR
Appetizers are overpriced and underwhelming, Main course is to die for, service is new and slow but friendly and the place gets Loud when lunch rush hits.

First off the pros and cons.
Pros:
The atmosphere is decorated impeccably with beautiful ornaments and decor all around.

The Ramen which is the namesake of the restaurant was very good, while I am not a Ramen connoisseur it was very flavorful and had a good portion size in reference to the price point.

The bathrooms were equally clean and well decorated with a nicely finished sink countertop and wall hangings.

Cons:
The appetizers were overpriced and lacking in flavor, for most of them the portion size was abysmally small for the $9-$16 price points.

The service was not rude, but it was extremely slow and the server seemed to be poorly trained, I had to request each time I needed a refill on my drink and she did not seem to be familiar with the menu.

The food took extremely long to come out and when we ordered 4 appetizers one of them arrived significantly later than the rest creating some discontent in our party.

The overall value for the food is good if you only order the Ramen bowls themselves, just skip the appetizers.

This place is delicious. We're so happy to have a ramen place on this side of town. I do wish they had veggies, mainly bok choy to add to the ramen but that's just a personal desire, not a knock on them. Pork buns and spring rolls are great. One day I'll try their sushi but for now we always want the ramen when we go.
They've been pretty good working with an egg allergy but I think it would benefit them if they educated the servers and the hostesses on allergy options. Just a suggestion. Definitely give this place a try. I need them to stay. :)

I'm so glad to see ramen restaurants opening in the area!
I had the pork gyoza for starters. Pan fried and delicious!
The bowl of ramen I chose was the classic chashu pork. The broth was great, the pork grilled just right, and that marinated egg.... that was the best ramen egg I've ever had! Next time I'll get an extra one of those!
And I look forward to that next visit!

The vibe inside was surprisingly great given the location. The menu is extensive, and I tried a lot of stuff. The scallops were a little bit overcooked, but the flavor was good. The yellowtail jalapeño was DELICIOUS. I could’ve eaten several. The eggplant, broth less ramen, spicy ramen, and katsu are all freaking delicious as well. They’ve got a fun cocktail menu, but the apps, hot sake, and ramen were a perfect combination on an icy day. This is definitely in my rotation now. The server was super friendly and fast. I really enjoyed myself.
