First of all, I am a dasher and I went to the drive thru just to get someone’s order. Yet, this one female employee screamed at me because I said “Hello!” At the drive thru. Whoever she was, she is very unprofessional towards me and screamed at me and said something rude to me. Not only that, the customer asked for food and she didn’t even bother giving me it. I hope she gets fired because she should not have said those words to me. So, dashers, be careful of this employee.

Horrible customer service you can tell she doesn’t wanna work there and don’t like her job last night the worst service I’ve had in Greenville. Her and her attitude she should find another job without customer service.

I can’t rate the food bc I didn’t even get to order. I work in food and would NEVER be the way these employees are to customers!! I asked a simple question at the speaker and was met with the most smart assed backhanded comments I’ve ever gotten. I left because if this is how they do customer service I know they aren’t gonna make my food properly. Seriously need a new staff 🤦‍♀️

i ordered a bacon & swiss jack sandwich they added things that didn’t even come on the burger they added tomatoes and ketchup and didn’t even add the bacon i had this delivered to me to be adding things on a sandwich is crazy asf these people are very much sloppy w their work

I went there one night to get a boba shake, and I drove off only come to find out that the Bobba was still hard as a rock, so I drove back around to drive through, this is at 1:30am. In the morning and I said, Hey, my bobos are still hard as a rock and she said, well, I put them in the microwave. I responded with, well, they're still hard and I showed her how it was still hard as a rock. While another associate walked up and asked what the problem was, and in a sarcastic tone, she told him, oh, he says the boba is still hard as a rock. And then also told me. Well its probabaly becuse there in a shake.. well ive had them before in a shame and ya, not hard. So then I took another one, and I put on the counter and tried to squish it to show her that it wasn't even squishable. She just sat there as if maybe I was just going to drive away . I told her well. I'd like to get a refund since I'm not going to drink this and she says, well, you don't have to be so smart about it. I told her I'm not being smart, ma'am. I'm simply asking for a refund. I've since then tried to contact corporate office for 3 days now. I guess nobody works there because all it ever says is nobody's in the office left a voicemail and called this store 3 times they don't seem to respond back either. I guess they just don't care about customer service at this location and the owner doesn't seem to care about it. Either way, that's too bad, Jack. And the box has been around a long time. For them to have management team there. I think she was a manager to respond to customers like that.
