Disappointing visit. The staff was nice but didn't have their act together. After waiting for awhile they realize they haven't even prepared our order. The place is falling apart inside. Feels dirty. Equipment out of order. Roach control boxes inside the door. Probably not a place I'd choose again.

The food was awesome. Some of the best fast food I've had in awhile. Love the tacos and the tpain meal. The only problem I had with my experience was they forgot my 8 piece nuggets and my chicken sandwich was pretty bad. It's a texture problem and the sandwich being chewy.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We ordered there last night and when my husband went to pick it up they told him someone else already picked it up. When he talked to numerous people all they kept saying was a manager will be here in the morning. We’ve tried to call 5-6 times and it just goes straight to voicemail! AWFUL, bad thing is this isn’t the first time it’s happened! WILL NOT BE BACK! Tried to contact corporate by email, no response yet. I called the corporate office and they are closed today 🙄🤦♀️

They need a remodel the chairs were peeling. But service was good and I'm glad they have breakfast all day but they need to do something about the fryers Everytime I go to a jack in the box the fries are terrible because I feel like the grease never gets changed enough or filtered enough.
First of all, I am a dasher and I went to the drive thru just to get someone’s order. Yet, this one female employee screamed at me because I said “Hello!” At the drive thru. Whoever she was, she is very unprofessional towards me and screamed at me and said something rude to me. Not only that, the customer asked for food and she didn’t even bother giving me it. I hope she gets fired because she should not have said those words to me. So, dashers, be careful of this employee.
