The 2 females working was rude I have never heard of a fast food restaurant that when u done in they don’t give refills and our food wasn’t made correctly when I took it back she said what you want me to do huh fix it right. I wntd plain burger it had mayo which im allergic to but the one worker said it’s just butter lol no it’s white. Then the manager was lazy I tired to get her help she acted as if she ant hear me. My family and I are all going to put bad reviews for this company because the managers think they are all that to the employees team members and last weekend I was witness one of the managers being rude and treating one of the employees really bad the manager is no difference from a a regular team members the only thing different es counting sales and counting the register very bad service and behavior

I went to dine in on Sunday at noon around 5:45 when one of the managers at this location started yelling at one of the employee that had just came in and started her shift and threat to fight her and had very unacceptable behavior and very rude attitude she was a black female with glasses I don’t understand how you can accept this type of harassment never coming back again and I hope something is done and that employee doesn’t stay quit about it

Absolutely terrible!!! The manager and the cashier had absolutely no customer service I had to remind the girl several times that she hadn't handed me our complete order. The loaded mini tacos weren't loaded at all!! A scrap of lettuce and a pinch of cheese and a tiny squeeze of taco sauce doesn't say loaded to me

Bought a meal and had missing items from my meal and staff lied to me In the restaurant saying they told me they would be missing. Why would I have paid for a meal missing item that doesn't even make sense. 13 dollars down the drain. If you haven't had jack in the box I'd say just jack it at home it's free.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant I placed an online order and was greeted with someone who was rude and clearly did not care about her job I was told half of my online order was out of stock with no clear way on how to be refunded I didn't get my cookie I paid for and was also shorted on my drink and sauces on top of those I used to love coming here as a kid but this will be the last time I ever come here I understand not wanting to be at work but if you are going to be a awful person and don't want to be there that bad go home this was a ridiculous experience and I paid for half of my order and was treated like trash

We were trying to place a order in the drive thru but whoever was sitting in the car smoking weed got a attitude when we spoke to place the order Claiming I didn’t answer them & i said Yes I did They continúed to get a attitude so I said forget it & left Will not go back Tried to contact corporate but there’s no corporate number to contact So posted here It’s a Shame paying people to sit in the cars to smoke weed & do what ever else Instead of doing their job

Just went to drive thru at 1:25 on may 30th. Lady was very rude. She was yelling and refusing service. After I mention about refusing service. She yelled 3 times what I wanted. They were cursing in the background. Very unprofessional and horrible staff. The lady would give me her name and nobody was at the window
Don't get the tacos here they will make you poop all night and wake up with puking everything else is alright but I don't recommend getting tacos here grosse

I ordered a milkshake and French toast sticks. At first everything tasted fine until I got to the 3rd on at of six and they tasted like they had salt on them. So I looked in the bag and it looked like the poured salt in it and had shaken them up. They ruined my late night food after I got off a long shift at work. I will never order breakfast from them after midnight.
