I used to work here 3 months ago Maria is the restaurant manager and is very messy and rude and creates a hostile environment to work Jesica is not a good team leader just there for a check and none of the employees do their jobs that’s why I quit and the good people was fired for no reason

Customer service was poor, no one greeted us when we came in. When ordering we were rushed and no one was in line or even in the building. My cup was leaking from the bottom and when I asked for a new one eyes were rolled and attitude was given. The restroom wasn’t clean cob webs in the corner of the stall door. No toliet paper. Personally just don’t do it and keep driving.

Generally a great place to go, the food is pretty great and flavorful, and the people working are so nice, especially the manager. She seems like one of the hardest-working managers I've seen. The service tends to be great and speedy; I would highly recommend this place.
This was horrible... Today around 3:30 p.m. I came inside the manager on this shift you could tell had already been upset very rude! I ordered the $5 meal deal .. the manager had on a purple shirt on my receipt it says Erp Jessica at the top. When I came inside she was rude when I received my order there was a heavyset black male in their pants hanging off his rear end made the most sloppiest sandwich I have ever had in my life.. soggy horrible looking tomatoes on it .. I was just hoping it would be at least hot the meat was cold my fries were old and cold.. the best thing about my meal was the drink. The tiny tacos that were drop down fresh and taste so hard and disgusting... When I got my order I was going to sit down and eat inside the manager was locking the doors this is at 3:30 pm..she said that she was upset because no one showed up to work.... And said that she was supposed to be gone by now... Very rude and very unprofessional coming from a manager my order number was 324 2/2/2925 @ 3:32 pm .. I stopped eating here for a while.. Came back and it's the same thing at this restaurant. Please do better no one wants to eat cold old food... I called the number on my receipt so I can come back inside to have my order made correct.. no one answer the phone. Dining room doors locked at 3:30 pm .. just horrible entered drive through ..I think they took the headset off .. Please do better!

There’s a woman running the drive through that doesn’t speak English! She has been there for months now and myself and my friends never get there food right. When trying to order she doesn’t understand and charges me wrong all the time. Other than this there are always out of food on the menu that isn’t a special and when the new signs go up with specials they don’t have them or don’t know how to make them “multiple times” I love jack n the box for the prices and the food is ok but id rather pay $1 more and go to cookout across the road.

Great food!! Someone didn't refill the only napkin dispenser and didn't have toilet paper in one of the laddies' room stalls.
I don't know her name but the lady that told me to dip my churrios in pancake syrup was so very nice and it was good dipping in syrup . Thank you ma'am:)
Got take out. Tacos superb as usual. Jack burger also good. Side salad a bit limp and forgot the croutons so probably would not get that again.

Service was horrible.....waiting a long time to get acknowledged. Didn't feel safe with the type of people hanging out in the front that look like they hang out there all day. First time eating at this chain, there is a huge selection. For tacos, I don't recommend this place. Great onion rings.

We ordered via the app. We went through drive through and we were told we had to come inside. We had shakes on our order and they couldn't make them. We were asked if we wanted something else to drink, but since they were several dollars more, we asked just to refunded for the shakes. The woman seemed to get mad at my wife and refunded the whole order. She then threw the order in the trash and stormed off.
Not sure what we did to upset her so much but it wasn't a good experience.

The food here is always hot and fresh. MOST of the time the staff is friendly. None of them are ever rude but some of them just seem like they don't want to be there. I won't take stars away, though, because they still get my orders right and treat me like a guest, they just lack enthusiasm. I would highly recommend this location for anybody looking for hot, fresh food at an affordable price.
