They did not have unsweetened tea. The drink machines were out of order, making you get it at the counter. We went to two different places before finding out it was at all locations

Waited 45 minutes for a burger with cheese and ketchup only and it was wrong. It had the works. Then when we got the right burger it was the kids burger size. Ridiculous.

I grew up in Southern California where Jack in the Box is everywhere. So this was a nostalgia stop for me. The food was good, but the memories were found in the tacos. These are great and still taste exactly as I remembered.

7/2/2025 I ordered a SMASH BURGER. Which includes (( 2 )) patties. Never had this burger. I GOT IT WiTH ONE PATTY AND IT WAS A MESS!!! I'm suppose to have 2. Haven't ate Jack and the Box in years! 1st time back..go figure! S. Pleasantburg gave me 1 patty with that sauce and some pickles... that's it? I NEVER COMPLAIN, so me coming on here speaking whatever is a lot ! Not only that we waited 20 MINS!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE
service was horrible walk in waited 15 minutes to be seen. took my order waited another 45 minutes for 3 combos and a kids meal. unbelievable

Dumb af and a waste of time when I go out of my way after a hard day of work to enjoy something for once. Please do the community a favor and shut down. You have no business feeding people. Been sitting in the drive through 28 minutes, trapped by cars otherwise I would’ve left. Asked to go around to the other side to wait on my food after paying where I sat for about seven minutes.
Updated. Gave me the wrong order. Somehow ended up with a breakfast sandwich at 5pm. What is going on in there fellas? About pitiful.

I have nothing positive to say. Absolutely the worst experience ever. There were 3 cars waiting for food when we pulled up and they told me to drive around and park to wait for the food. The guy kept coming out and asking what I ordered, multiple times. 35 MINUTES LATER, I went in to ask for my money back, and magically they had my order ready. I don’t know what is wrong with people but horrible service seems to be some sort of epidemic sweeping the south. To top it off, food was cold and two tacos were missing that we were charged for. The food was so greasy that it leaked all over the car seat, the tacos we got tasted like egg rolls, and the fries had obviously been sitting for a long time, because they were hard to bite through. I hate this place pretty passionately.
